We enjoyed the location of the flat and its comfort but a lot of little things weren't satisfaying such as: the leak in the bathroom, we had to empty a glass every 2 hours under the bidet if we didn't want to be flooded! The shower didn't work properly we had a little jet of water either boiling hot or icy cold. The TV , a few lamps were out of order. There wasn't even a frying pan, no tea pot, not enough plates and glasses to avoid using the dish washer every day..Plus the taxi service was useless, we had to wait 45 minutes at the airport and take a normal taxi. At the office, the secretary didn't beleive us and nearly forced us to pay half the fares which we refused. We cancelled the taxi back so we  weren't allowed to leave our luggage before going to the airport, even if the flat was empty and nobody had rented it! It wasn't a very nice way to be treated...

We are very sorry for not being able to fix the toilet problem in time. This was due to the Christmas period in Rome. It is very important religious recurrence, but it cause as well small inconvenience. For us was impossible to have during your stay the damaged piece and to get in touch with a special technician to fix it. We are grateful to you for have cooperated.

Everything is furnished in the apartment and nothing is missing for 6 people. We do understand that you are vacations, this is why in the apartment there is a dishwasher. The TV is working ok, but there is a switch (very similar with the one for the light) which controls the electricity for the TV. Due to a mistake probably it was made off.

Regarding the taxi service, we trust you that you had to wait 45minutes, but is true as well that your flight was landed 30minutes in advance. It would be appreciated if you had informed us. In this way we had the possibility to modify your taxi reservation. On our taxi confirmation is clearly written that the driver will be at the airport 20 minutes after the landing time. There is as well recommended to call our emergency number. This is why you haven’t meet him. To be by your side, it was reimbursed to you the cost for the taxi service apartment- airport and the one airport- office – apartment was canceled for free.
