This nice 60sq.mts apartment in Rome center set on the first floor without elevator consists of:

KITCHEN AREA
Cookware & Kitchen Utensils, Crockery & Cutlery, cupboard, cooker, electric kettle, toaster, plates, pans, fridge / freezer, electric oven, Gas stove.
BEDROOM
With double bed, night tables, reading lamps, wardrobe ;
BATHROOM
bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, mirror hair dryer,
Independent heating, TV, kettle, iron and iron board on request, hair dryer, fan.
PLEASE NOTE baby cot available upon request (extra fee)
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT HOURS:
The check-in takes place in our office and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of 25 Euro (after midnight the fee will be 35 Euro). It is vital that we are informed of your approximate arrival time in Rome.
VISA & Mastercard are subject to a 1.9% surcharge.
Other cards are not accepted.
Please, bring a photocopy of a picture ID of any person paying by credit card.

Rewelacja. Bardzo czyste mieszkanie. Wyposażona kuchnia. Centralne ogrzewanie to duży atut tego mieszkania Koloseum za rogiem. Do Lateranu 10 minut na piechotę. Sklep w tym samym budynku.
