APARTMENT ROME - NAVONA - Vicolo di Montevecchio - # 826Comfortable apartment set in the heart of Rome, few steps from Piazza Navona, walking distance from Castel S.Angelo, the Vatican, Campo de Fiori, near transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, near shops and restaurants.
35m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, single foam cube bed, bookshelves, TV, desk and chair, cd & dvd player / ipod station, cupboard, AC, window, stair leading to the loft;
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with electric stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, cupboard and utensils;
BEDROOM
On loft open on the living room, with queen size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, AC;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, hair dryer, wc;
Independent heating, AC, TV, cd & dvd player, ipod station, iron and Ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, internet WiFi, no elevator.
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Cozy apartment in the heart of ancient Rome, last floor in an historical building aged over 500 years of a old noble family, facing on Rome roofs and churches. Very close to San Pietro and Castel Sant Angelo (walking distance less than 5 minutes) and to musei Vaticani.Behind the corner from Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de Fiori and walking distance from all must see spots in the ancient city.
The house is tipical and very funcional, fully restored and elegantly furnished.
Very good restaurants and elegant shopping areas are at walking distance too.

The apartment is very centrally located and a perfect size for my husband and me. It has a lot of natural light. Our contact person, Enzio and the owner Vanessa were very warm, helpful and immediately responsive when we had an internet problem. We'd definitlely stay there again and highly recommend the place. Just be aware that it's a 4 floor walk-up with no lift - but great way to stay in shape without a gym!

The best location we've ever been! Very well located, in the heart of the City. Absolutely recommendable!!!The flat is clean, nicely furnished and well equipped, even with well running wifi. Arrivederci Roma!!!

A cosy apartment in a great location, close to Piazza Navona and main bus stops. The only things to critique are probably the slight noise at night due to the bars close by and wi-fi issues though I'm sure this would be fixed soon. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings very clean. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this apartment for those seeking a central location.

We stayed for a short break in the eternal city and found this apartment to be ideal for our trip. It's location is really excellent, with piazza Navona so close and the city all a walk away. It was really clean and modern with wifi and TV - not that we watched much, but also cozy and comfortable with a great view over the city. The bed was also very comfy and no probs with the city noises for us. We''d definitely recommend it.

Apartment was perfect for my mom and I, who made last-mintue plans to come to Rome for Holy Week after Pope Francis was elected. The apartment is nicely located close to bus lines and even though it's very close to Piazza Navona (a tourist madhouse), it had a very neighborhood-y feel. The only downside was that the wifi was not working. Some noise from the bars at night, but terrible unless you are a very light sleeper. Really nice to have a kitchen at our disposal (though there was no corkscrew! had to knock on a neighbor's door for them to open a bottle of wine for us - but that was part of the advantage of staying in a buidlling of apartments!) All in all, a great value for the price!!

Loved the apartment. Ideal location that is centralized compared to all the city's famous sites. I would definitly stay here again.

Location was excellent! Walking distance to all main sights and at night two minutes from beautiful Piazza Navona. Well equipped apartment. Kitchen slightly small for serious cooking. Comfortable bed. Wifi worked well.

This is a pretty spotless apartment in heart of Rome near Piazza Navona and just a few steps from Piazza Montevecchio, pza montevecchio is de facto pedestrian since cars can hardly get there, around the corner is via dei coronari which is also pedestrians'.
I'd say totally recommended, the only drawback is a bar in piazza montevecchio which creates a crowd, although noice wasn't much of a problem for us during our stay. Go for it, I think it's a great deal all in all.

The little apartment is right in the center of Rome near the best and more historical neighborhood, walking distance of Piazza Navona and the Pantheon even if small the house has a lovely romantic feeling and an amazing view on the roof of the city, plenty of light and peaceful, overall a very nice experience and a very positive stay.
