120m2 apartment set on the 2nd floor with elevator is composed of :

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description

Gracchi Holiday Home is located in one of the most central areas of Rome: the Prati neighbourhood. During ancient Roman times, the territory of current day Rione Prati was rich of vineyards and groves called Prata Neronis, that is, Nero’s Fields. In the late 1800s, the urban layout of the neighbourhood was designed so as to avoid that any of the newly built streets would face the nearby St. Peters Cathedral, attesting to the tense relations between the new Italian state and the Vatican. Because of this, all street names were called after ancient Roman personalities as well as heroes of the Italian Risorgimento.

The recently renovated 120 square metres apartment is on the second floor of an elegant 19th century building with elevator. It features a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with queen sized beds and two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and the second with a shower. In the bright and spacious living room there is a large double sofa-bed which allows the apartment to comfortably host up to six guests. The apartment includes air conditioning, TV and Wi Fi access.

Nearby attractions at 5-10 minutes walk include St. Peters, the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican museums, the fort of Castel Sant’Angelo, whereas the historic centre of the city, including Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps are at 15-20 minutes walk away. The apartment is also at 3 minutes walk away from the metro stop Ottaviano, from which other Roman attractions such as the Coliseum and the Roman Forum can be reached in 15 minutes. Prati also boasts among the city’s best shopping and restaurant areas.

Extra cleaning services available on request at 15 euro and hour minimum 2 hours at a time, to be requested after the booking.

Spacious and fairly new apartment. Conveniently located to the Vatican, shops, metro and markets.
Bruno, the owner and Sonia were extremely accomodating to our needs. We would stay here again without hesitation. In fact cannot wait to come back.

Clean and spacious apartment in what I would call the business area of Rome, still very central, near metro, buildings I'd say late 800's beg 900's, good atmosphere, plenty of cafés and restaurants. Recommended.
