Beautiful apartment , elegantly decorated, set in the heart of Rome, walking distance from Major city sites such as 2 mn from Campo dè fiori , 5 mn from Trastevere, 5 mn from Piazza Navona , near transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, near shops and restaurants.
190m2 apartment set on the 1st floor without elevator ( 20 steps) is composed of :

Fully equipped with electric stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs, ventilation system, cupboards and utensils;

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description

Beautiful apartment in the very heart of Rome ( walking distance : 2 mn. from Piazza Campo dei Fiori, 5 mn. from Trastevere, 5 mn. from Piazza Navona). The best area: lively and charming, close to shops, bars, restaurants and all major museums and city sites.

The apartment is fully equipped and elegantly decorated. Air conditioning in every room. Cable TV and wifi access.

We had a fantastic week in Rome. The apartment was excellent for our group (5 persons), three bathrooms and three large enough bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and a special greeting to our landlady, who provided the kitchen with ingredients for pasta, as well as breakfast ingredients. Furthermore the location of the apartment is excellent, virtually all main sights of Rome are within a walking distance.
As a previous reviewer pointed out the main bedroom has one problem, the noise from the pedestrian street was rather disturbing on Friday and Saturday nights. On the other hand the two other bedrooms facing silent courtyards were very quiet indeed. I suppose you have to accept a certain level of noise, when living so central. The main thing disturbing us (and the only reason why we did not give 5 stars) was the showers. The showerheads were old and water flowed all over the bathroom when showering, especially as there were no shower curtains. By installing curtains and changing the showerheads, everything would be just perfect.
So, as a summary, a very pleasant stay indeed, and we can highly recommend the apartment.

thank you very much for your suggestions.
For the bathroom, all has been improved, both the showerheads and curtains. The windows of the master bedroom will be replaced within April 30th by double glazed windows which will provide isolation from the noise.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Great location. The only down-side is that it is often noisy right outside the master bedroom.

Thank you for the comment. I'm sorry to read you heard noise, as the windows are double glazed, but in Christmas holidays there must have been more noise that usual.
