We spent a week in the appartament Libia and were really happy. We were 4 adults and a baby, and the flat is modernly furnished, comfortable, and clean. It has an amazing tarrace, unfortunately we were unable to enjoy it becuse of the weather. It's only 5 to 10 min walk to metro Libia, and it takes less than 15 min to get to Termini station by underground and less than 30 min to most historic sites of Rome. The neighbourhood is really nice, with a supermarket next door and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants with great food and reasonable prices. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach by email. Definetely worth recommending, great value for money.

Très bel appartement à 5' de la ligne de train FR1 (ligne de l'aéroport fiumicino) et à 10' du métro lybia (5 stations de Termini). logement refait à neuf dans immeuble ancien au 9ème étage avec une très belle terrasse.
Rien à repprocher, très bon séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was nicely furnished with good cooking facilities - ideal for self-catering with supermarkets just a short walk away. The large balcony/terrace is great for sitting outside to eat lunch and dinner. And the walk to the Libia metro station is only 5 minutes, giving a fast link to the centre of Rome. Overall, we spent a really enjoyable week there.

This apartment on Via Enderta has got all amenities you may need (cooking facilities, air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom, toilets, TV, internet) and what's more, it has got a wonderfull terrace (large, with access from two rooms and from the kitchen, haveing nice plants like citron and limon trees in the planters). The lift was operating without objections as long as you know how to use it. Distance to the Libia station is very close indeed and you will enjoy quick journey to any place in Rome by metro. The district is calm and safe to our experience. Additionally, we could use the garage of the owner, which is located even closer then the metro station. This helped us to refresh from the daily sightseeing routines by making journeys to the beach. We had really a wonderfull stay and I can recommend it for a family like ours, i.e.: two adult and two teenage childrens (the sofa in living room could accomodate even more inhabitants).
