APARTMENT ROME- SPAGNA - Via Vittoria-#707Comfortable studio apartment set few minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, near transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city, near many shops and restaurants.
40m2 apartment set on the ground floor is composed of :
BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, double bed ( can be divided in 2 single beds), bedside tables, cableTV, table and chairs, bookshelves, closets with kitchen corner, wardrobe, AC;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, fully equipped with electric stove, fridge and freezer, coffee maker ( moka) cupboards and utensils;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc;
Independent heating, AC, ground floor.
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The flat is located between Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo in a quiet courtyard of theancient Roman nobility.
The flat, completely painted in blue, is located on the ground floor of a peacefull building at
just a few minutes from Spanish Steps walkings along Via Vittoria. I's part of Palazzo Lepri
Sili, an eighteenth century building that features a beautiful small courtyard closed by a
series of arches and ancient marbles. Lots of plants enrich the entrance, especially during
springtime. The place was once a short-stay for famous artists.
This air conditioned one bedroom apartment has a white king size bed that can be split into
two single beds, a night table, an abat-jour, some shelves with oriental objects, a sofa-bed, a WiFi
and a Sat TV.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with electrical gas stove, coffee maker, fridge, freezer,
table and chairs.
The modern bathroom has a lovely parquet floor, as the rest of the unit. It features a shower
box.
The flat is suitable for a couple or four people maximum.
In a few minutes you can experience the major historical attractions
the cultural capital offers, such as Trevi Fountain, Phanteon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia
and Borghese Museum. Moreover, just around the corner you can find the main shopping
area walking along Via Frattina, Via del Corso, Via Condotti and Via del Babuino.
In the area there are several famous antique dealers, historical shops and boutiques of haute
couture.

This truly was an amazing city break. You couldn't hope for a better location, its around the corner from the Spanish Steps, a 5-10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Hundreds of designer shops, plenty of boutiques and some of the best restaurants and cafes in Rome. The apartment itself is in a quiet courtyard, no passing traffic, no noise atall. Comfy bed, air con, relaxing shower are just the main things needed after a long day exploring Rome. The owner is very helpful, punctual and was more than happy to be of assistance throughout your your stay. Please don't look any further! I promise you will not be disappointed staying here, it will be cheaper and better than the rest. I look forward to reading your reviews!

I chose this rental because of the location. I wasn't disappointed. It is situated on a street with great restaurants and shopping near the Spanish Steps. Although it is in a lively area it is situated in a lovely courtyard making it very quiet.
The kitchenette is small but adequate. The apartment was well kept and the host was very accommodating.
The only disappointment was that the wifi was not reliable in the apartment.
Overall I had a great stay!
