BED AND BREAKFAST ROME- COLOSSEO- Via Labicana-#669BB2Comfortable room in a bed and breakfast set walking distance from the Coliseum and Foro Romano, near transports that will allow you to reach the other points of interest of the city, near shops and restaurants.
Double bedroom in a 100m2 apartment set on the 5th floor with elevator is composed of :
BEDROOM
With double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, window;
SHARED DINING ROOM
With table and chairs;
SHARED BATHROOM
With bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, wc;
NO KITCHEN
Central heating, continental breakfast served by host, internet, elevator. In the same B&B as #669BBblu.

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Hi! "Your neighbor at the colosseum" it is a new bed and breakfast (bed and breakfast means that the owner too live in the house and he serve breakfast to guests). The apartment it is located just 250 meters away from the Coliseum. The flat it is very comfortable, on a high floor and it is serviced by a lift. The palace is a landmark building typical of the early 1900's and it is composed by 2 big, bright, quiet rooms (19 and 21 sm). Bathroom, with bath/shower, it is to share among guests (no more then 4 people). In addition to the Coliseum all the major archaeological attractions of the city are within walking distance: Forum, Domus Aurea, the Baths of Trajan, the remains of the Servian walls, and the basilicas of San Clemente, Santa Prassede, Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano and that of Santi Quattro Coronati. You have Rome under the foot. Both subway lines stops at 300 m distance and the majority of buses lines stop in via Labicana, our street. To reach the Vatican City or Piazza di Spagna it is easy in 8/9 minutes by subway but, in this town it is much better to travel on surface: you can rent bicicles in a little shop in the neighborhood or simply walk!

We stayed for 4 days in this nice, well designed, clean and friendly B&B on a fifth floor in a very nice house ( with lift/elevator ). Central, but quiet. Ventilation helps in the hot summer. There are 2 two-bed-rooms, so you share bath and breakfastroom, what is absolutely no problem. Near and between the two metro lines, linked also with busses and you can walk to the colosseum and forum romanum, what is nearby. I am always a bit afraid about my allergical reaction to the pillow, but here I had no problems.

The room was wonderful. Much space, a very comfortable bed and a nice view at the environment. It is really near to the Colloseum and to other exciting places. A supermarket is around the corner. Andrea, the host, was very friendly and helped us wherever he could. It was a great relaxing atmosphere. Next time we will visit Rome, this will be our first choice for staying. Highly recommended by Chris&Nata!

Apartment (in traditional roman condominium) very well situated, very close to many touristic attractions.
We have spent here 6 nights.
Andrea, the owner - hospitable, winning and helpful.
Room , dining-room and bathroom - all very clean.
Rooms are situated on quiet side.
Breakfast - plantiful.
Highly recommended

It was a very nice and clean room with a very kind contact person. It lay very near to the coloseum, so you can reach everything by foot. The breakfast was good. There is a fast free Wifi, so skype even with video was no problem.
One Tip for the owner:
A balance for checking the weight of the luggage would be fine
