50m2 apartment set on the 2nd floor without elevator is composed of :

With sofa bed, bookshelves, TV, cupboards, AC, wardrobe, kitchen corner, window with balcony;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine, ventilation system, cupboards and utensils;

With double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, bookshelves, chair, wardrobe, AC, window;
STUDY
With desk and chair, single foam bed, window;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, wc ;

Brief description Rome home is a comfortable apartment formed by a livingroom with a fully equipped kitchen corner, one spacious bedroom, one little bedroom, one bathroom, tv and adsl connection. The apartament includes beautiful Balconies/outside spaces. Sleeping arrangement One bedroom with double bed, completely furnished, one little bedroom with the choice of single bed. The neighborhood This apartment is located in the Park of “Insugherata”. Steps away from shops, cafes, bars, and fine restaurants (Via Trionfale). Only 10 minutes away from Trastevere and St. Peter and center of Rome. Ideal location not only for business, but alse to see the center of Rome and the lake of Bracciano (Trevignano-Anguillara-Bracciano). Very Close to the Catholic University of Sacred Heart (Policlinico Agostino Gemelli) and to San Filippo Neri Hospital. How to get there from the airport From the FCO airport take the train to Ostiense Station. From Ostiense Station take the train Monte Mario Station. From the FCO airport take taxi. How to get there from the city center It is well connected to the city center by bus n. 913 until Augusto Imperatore place (very close to Piazza di Spagna); it is also connected to Rome center by train Bracciano- St Peter, Trastevere. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away from Monte Mario Train Station. How to get there from Lake of Bracciano From Monte Mario train station take the train to Bracciano.Check in from 2.00 to 9.00 PM, check-out before 11.00AM for night check in 20€ are required. Finaly cleaning is included with the only request of cleaning the kitchen nook (€ 20 will be applied otherwise). Air conditioning fee is 5 € per day. Rome City tax of € 2/person/day for a maximum of 10 days, required upon arrival.

Spacious and comfortable. Good transport links. Balcony was very pleasant. Owner helpful. Shops close with an excellent gelato shop. Great gas stove.

Size and amenities exceeded our expectations. Very clean. Nice home atmosphere in a suburban setting. Close to bus stop and Monte Mario train station. Convenient grocery store, excellent bakery, fruit stands, ATM and roman restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. We really felt at home during our 8 night stay.
The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe, with several little groceries, bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. We made a little game of going to a different cafe every morning. It was quite far from the center of Rome, though.

I rented the apartment for 4 nights and it was absolutely wonderful!
The place had two great balconies with a nice Roman view.
The flat was everything you could ask for. It had all the important utensils and all the furniture was up to date and the place was really clean.
Shower was great and the flat also had fast internet and a nice TV.
A bit on the outskirts from the center but with great communications so I almost enjoyed it more from staying near the center because you felt like you lived in a true Roman neighbourhood.
I always took the bus 913 that stopped just outside the house and went straight to the center, just a couple of minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna.
Owners very helpful and nice. Truly recommend it!
