APARTMENT ROME- TIBURTINA- Via Attilio Benigni-#645Delightful apartment set close from The parc Valle Dell' Aniene, in a quiet area, Close from transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city.
55m2 apartment set on the 2nd floor without elevator is composed of :
EAT IN KITCHEN
With table and chairs, gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, AC, door window leading to the balcony, cupboards and utensils;
2 BEDROOMS
#1-With king size bed, bedside table, chair, AC, chest of drawers, window;
#2- With double bed, bedside table, chair, AC, wardrobe, window ;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc ;
Independent heating, AC, TV, phone, microwave, internet, balcony, no elevator.

PLEASE NOTE :
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years
Check-in from 14.00 to 20.00 (20.00 to be paid after a supplement of € 30.00)

A damage deposit of 100 euros is requested at the moment of the check in and given back at the check out.

The apartment is close to the subweay REBIBBIA .will offer you comfort and amenities for a pleasant stay in Rome. A quiet environment for a relaxing holiday, away from everyday stress. We are always available to meet the needs of customers! The apartment comprises a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, kitchen, and bathroom
The apartment is very comfortable and equipped for all your needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, microwave oven, cooking kit (oil, salt, sugar and coffee and dish soap).

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und ruhig. (Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, von der Strasse weg gelegen). Es sind 2 Einzelbetten im einen und ein Doppelbett im anderen Zimmer vorhanden. Die Betten fanden wir bequem. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle), mit kleinem Tisch für 4 Personen zum gemütlichen Frühstück. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden, dieser ist aber zu klein zum Frühstück. Dort kann aber Wäsche zum trocknen aufgehängt werden. Das Bad ist von der Größe in Ordnung, es ist innen liegend mit Lüftung. Hier allerdings kleine Schimmelflecken an der Decke der Dusche. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt befinden sich ein Supermarkt, eine kleine Kaffee Bar und eine Pizzeria. Die Entfernung zum Termini beträgt ab Haustür gerechnet (Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle, Fahrt zur Metrostation und anschließende Metrofahrt) ca. 40 Minuten. Hausmeister ist erreichbar und hilft bei Fragen. Wenn es eine bezahlbare, ruhige Wohnung sein soll und einem die Entfernung zur Innenstadt nicht stört, eine gute Wahl.

This apartment was beautiful, roomy, and comfortable, with a grocery store, gelateria and coffee shop right around the corner. It's a quiet location, perfect for an extended stay, with a nice kitchen area, internet, and air-conditioning. It's a comfortable one-mile walk from the metro station Rebbibia, which will take you right into the heart of Rome. There are also mutliple bus lines within two blocks of the apartment that will take you to the metro station or all the way to Termini. The proprietor is friendly and helpful, and we more than got our money's worth. It's great to see Rome by day or night but to have somewhere peaceful and spacious to come home to.

L'appartamento è confortevole, situato in una zona tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana ed il bus. Mi sono trovato bene, il Sig. Danilo che è il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione ed era pulito e dotato di tutti confort.
