85m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double sofa bed, TV & DVD player, safe, table and chairs, AC, window;
KITCHEN
Fully equiped with electric stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
With full bed, chest of drawers, walk-in- closet, AC, window;
2 BATHROOMS
#1- With shower, sink, bidet, wc;
#2- With shower, sink, bidet, wc;
Independent heating, AC, washing machine, microwave, TV & DVD player, internet, no elevator.
There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years

The main toilet has very bad smell. We avoided to use the main one the whole time. The apartment does not look like in the picture. It's definitely much older and not very well maintained... The elevator is not working during the whole time we were there and I read another review that the elevator was not working in May as well... The location is great and convenient.

We had booked this apartment because I needed an elevator but unfortunately when we arrived the elevator was not working and so we had to find another apartment. According to my friends who did go up to the apartment to use the internet, the apartment is not as shiny and new as depicted in the photos. However, Paola was very helpful in finding us another apartment that was accessible and located nearby so we were able to get started on our holiday as planned.
