APARTMENT ROME-MONTEVERDE- Via Gian Matteo Giberti-#628Delightful apartment set in Monteverde, walking distance from the Gianicolo, in a quiet area close from transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city. Close from shops and restaurants.
45m2 apartment set on the 2nd floor with elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
WIth double sofa bed, bookshelves, table and chairs, TV, CD player, kitchen corner, window;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, fully equiped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
With full bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, window;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc, washing machine;
Central heating, TV, washing machine, CD player, internet WiFi.
PLEASE NOTE : A damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon check in and given back at the moment of check out
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Small apartment, beautifully renovated, in a quiet neighborhood, well served by public transport. Nearby are the historic neighborhood of Trastevere, Villa Pamphili and the observation deck of the Janiculum.The apartment, very quiet, it consists of an entrance, a small bedroom, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed. The decor is minimalist, with some ethnic and insert 'vintage'. There is a large wardrobe in sight, there are also wireless internet connection and a plasma TV.
Upon check-in is a deposit of € 200.00, returned at the end of the stay.
"Available mainly for 3-7 nights. Available for longer stays during Christmas, Easter and summer months."

This location is in a quiet middle to upper class neighborhood in an older building. Public transportation (train and tram) were very easily accessible. Very basic apartment supplies; such as minute amount of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and kitchen seasonings. The two towels available were small and stained. Although it states WIFI, it is not in the apartment, therefore is difficult to get adequate connection and it only worked in one small area of the apartment. Bed was a very firm "futon-like" mattress and very uncomfortable. Washing machine was not available, as the owner had items in the machine.

I'm desolate and surprised. My futon is one of the best in Rome, bought in one of the best japanese and eco-friendly shop in Roma (Rivaviva, via Nemorense 29).
It's true that WIFI works better in the living room that in bedroom, but living room and bedroom are far about 4 metres!

This apartment was exactly as advertised and all communications and transactions with the owner and rental agency were clear and handled in a prompt and professional manner. I was thrilled to find the apartment to be in such immaculate condition, and touched that the owner had gone out of her way to not just leave helpful city guides but also create a map of this specific neighborhood, indicating some of her favorite places, to help me feel even more welcome and self sufficient. As a single woman traveling alone for business purposes, I would also like to add that I did feel very safe in the apartment, which made it all that much easier for me to concentrate on the tasks I hoped to complete. Strongly recommend.
