Delightful apartment set walking distance to the Pyramide of Cestius, close to transports that will allow you to reach the other parts of the city in few minutes. Close from shops and restaurants.
75m2 apartment set on the 3rd floor is without elevator and its 18 m2 balcony is composed of :

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description

This is one of the most up and coming areas of Rome. Best value up on a hill full of greenery and near the metro station at the same time. Plenty of transportation just in general, railway, tram and buses near the apartment. Directly connected via railway to the airport (25min). There are plenty of restaurants and cafées nearby.

Optional amenities are fax, printer, home theater with wide screen 42'' TV and 28'' TV in the bedroom, colored floss lamp for ambience.

Cet appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, il est idéalement situé à proximité du métro et de certains sites antiques. Il présente selon moi un très bon rapport qualité prix!
Seuls bémols : le chauffage est difficilement réglable ce qui peux poser des problèmes notamment la nuit car il y a peux de couverture disponibles, l’état de propreté de l’appartement était correct mais pas impeccable. Cela mis à part je recommande cet appartement moderne et bien équipé !

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder dort wohnen.

Lediglich die Übergabe der Wohnung war etwas ägerlich, wir mussten viel länger warten, bis endlich jemand von der Agentur kam.

Excellent apartment in lovely quiet residential area. The balcony was an great way to unwind.The only reason it got a 4 rather than a 5 was a power failure down to overload which tripped in the basement of building rather than the apartment, so Cities Reference representative had to be summoned to sort , which they did with minimum fuss.

The apartment was very special, with individual interior design und situated in a nice area. The terrace is great an you can sit there beautifully. In the upper small room either one person or two smaller kids can sleep easily. The bed in the bedroom is OK. The couches in the living room are not suitable as beds and they have a smoker's smell. One of them works with older kids but an adult person could have problems. I would suggest to replace them for a couch that can be adapted to a real bed.
The apartment is quiet (beware of the noise of the garbage people in the morning, but that's Italy!) and lies in the top floor with no neighbors which is great.
This aparment can be especially nice if you appretiate the special interior design. We did!

The apartment is quiet and situated not far from subway. We were with 1 year old child and the only minus was that, there is no elevator. Going up after whole day of walking was a little bit tiring.
Except the apartment is rather well equiped and well organized.

Appartement clair propre mais peu fonctionnel ; Nous avions réservé
pour 4 et il y avait seulement 3 nécessaires de toilette et oreillers...
De plus aucune couverture sur les lits ni couverture ou oreiller d'appoint ; Nous avons été dépanné après réclamation d'une couverture...
Côté vaisselle les casserolles et pöeles sont insuffisante en nombre et qualité, si vous devez cuisiner ; Les toilettes sont dans la pièce douche et côté salle de bain peu de rangement fonctionnel et de porte serviette ; Sinon il est bien situé et calme. Par contre pas pour plus de 4 personnes (2 lits deux places) car le canapé ne se transforme pas en lit.

The apartment is in good condition, suitable for four persons. Nice and quiet neighbourhood close to the metro (Piramide) and not too far from the city. The patio is nice and comfortable, and kitchen, bathroom and living room adequate. Rrecommended if you want a quiet neighbourhood and do not care that you are a few kilomtres away from the old city.

Nice flat near a metro-station (piramide). The house-floor was not so suitable but the flat was really ok. It was great for the children (over 12 years old) and also for the adults. It´s near the old town wall and if you want you can walk to the circus maximus or to the forum romanum in 30-45 min without using the metro or bus. Quiet area, qiet flat. Big enough for 4-5 persons.

... appartamento bello e luminoso in un palazzo degli anni '30 e in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso, adiacente alle mura storiche della città e a pochi minuti a piedi da Testaccio, Ostiense, e Colosseo. Interessante sia per la distribuzione degli spazi interni che, grazie a dei grandi pannelli scorrevoli in vetro e legno, permettono grande flessibilità e libertà nell'utlizzare e vivere la casa, ma molto suggestivo e romantico anche il terrazzo e il paesaggio esterno...

Very quiet area, close to public transportation, tramline to Trastevere and Circo Massimo, metro line to Coliseum and Rome ancient city. If you wanted to walk to the ancient part of Testaccio or Trastevere it would take you 20 to 30min. The apartment is sunny, quiet and in good working order, rather modern layout. There is a nice cafè not far for breakfast and enough choice of restaurants.
The balcony is a real plus. The price is convenient.
Good value for money, highly recommended to young couples.
