60m2 apartment set on the 1st floor without elevator is composed of :

With Double sofa bed, TV, Cupboards, Table and chairs, AC, window;
KITCHEN
Fully equiped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboards, utensils, window;
2 BEDROOMS
#1-With Double bed, bedside tables, walk in closet,chest of drawers, ensuite bathroom, window, AC ;
#2- With single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chair, window, AC;
2 BATHROOMS
#1- With bathtub, sink, wc;

Sehr funktional eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Personen, davon 2 Kinder, und haben den reichlich vorhandenen Platz sowie die 2 Bäder als sehr angenehm empfunden.
Absolut Top ist die zentrale Lage. 1 Metro-Station bis zu Termini, 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Colosseum, mitten drin in den Sehenswürdigkeiten, reichlich 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten großen Super-Markt, um alle Einkäufe zu erledigen.
Für alle, die Rom gern ohne große Nutzung von Verkehrsmitteln erkunden wollen oder den Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus nutzen, perfekt!
Durch die Lage in der Seitengasse nicht so laut wie Rom sonst.
Wir haben die Küche für die Bereitung des Frühstückes genutzt, zu Abend sind ausreichend Restaurants um die Ecke zu finden.
Die Warmwassernutzung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig (Durchlauferhitzer mit entsprechenden Verzögerungen).
Unser Gesamtfazit: empfehlenswert und jeder Zeit wieder!

Schöne saubere Wohnung.Fußnähe zum Colloseum, Forum, Kaiserforen und Termini.Übergabe problemlos.Büro der Organisation liegt außerdem in der Nähe.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location: L'appartment est idéalement placé: le Colysée est à 5 min a pieds ; la station de metro de Cavour qui est à 100m de l'appartement permet de se déplacer dans tout Rome très facilement ; Le quartier de Monti est très vivant et a beaucoup de charme. On y trouve une encore vraie vie de quartier avec ses petites boutiques, ses glaciers et ses restaurants. L'appartment est très propre et bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, etc...).

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, à un prix très intéressant. On y a passé un merveilleux séjour. Il est près du métro et du centre historique. Tout fut bien, sinon que l'on n'a pas changé les draps sur le séjour, ce qui est un peu ennuyant

Übergabe reibungslos; Wohnung zweckmäßig und großzügig geschnitten; 2 Bäder sind schon ein kleiner Luxus; die Ausstattung ist wohldurchdacht und auch für unseren längeren Aufenthalt fehlte es an nichts. Lage top - das Gros touristischer Ziele ist zu Fuß zu erreichen; Verkehrsanbindung o.k. Wir Drei würden die Wohnung immer wieder wählen.

Les plus : appartement très bien situé, en pleine ville et quelques mètres d'une bouche de métro, climatisation, 2 salles de bains/WC
Les moins : un seul jeu de clé fourni, ménage propre mais sols sales et WIFI promis dans annonce et rien sur place
Bonnes prestations dans l'ensemble, je conseillerai volontiers cette location à mon entourage.

The owner obviously spent a small fortune to renovate this apartment and it shows. All new electrical and appliances combined with beautiful furnishings, doors, etc. made for a comfortable stay. I got sick in Rome and had to spend a day indoors and I couldn't have wished for a nicer place in which to recuperate. Close to the Cavour metro station and if you walk to the end of the street and look to your left you will see the Colosseum. Nice location, nice people, nice company to deal with. This was our first experience renting an apt. in Rome and we will definitely do it again. Compared with other companies such as Vacations in Paris, this was a dream. Thank you Cities Reference!

Helpful owner and agent, accommodations as promised. They even had dishwasher and laundry dertergent for us and a gift of fruit and bottled water. In a great location, very close to Metro and bus stops. We would book this apartment again! The only drawback is that there was no wifi but the TV had mulitple channels (two English-speaking options) - not always the case in apartments.

Nice appartments, good location. Two bathrooms, only one functional-smaller one. Problem with hot water, partionaly solved. Good equipped, clean and safe, but bit noisy.
Close to the agency, they were kind to keep our suitcases on the last day after check out. Contact with agency was good.
