APARTMENT ROME - APPIA ANTICA - Via Erode Attico - #590Comfortable apartment set in the Appia Antica parkland, in a calm area, close to S. Callisto Catacombs, close to buses that run to the center of Rome (ca 30 min. ride)
80m2 apartment set on the 1st floor without elevator is composed of :

With Sofa bed, TV, coffee table, bookshelves, fire place, DVD & CD player, table and chairs, window, AC;
KITCHEN
With gas stove, electric oven, fridge, diswasher, cupboards, utensils;
2 BEDROOMS

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
NEW OPENINGThe apartment is not far away from S. Callisto Catacombs and Cecilia Metella Mausoleum.
The apartment was recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort: a laptop with internet Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in the rooms, iron and iron board.
The house offers the right balance between the comfort of a good hotel and the warm hospitality of a home.
Appia Antica Apartment is located in the appia antica park.
The old Appian Way close to the apartment is now a tourist attraction: the ruins can be explored on foot during your walking.
At ground zero of the flat building there is a supermarket where you can find all you need. It is always open from 8,30 am to 7,30 pm, and on Sunday it is open only in the morning till lunch time (1,00 pm).
To get downtown from the flat: take the bus line 765, the bus stop is in front of the home get off at “ARCO DI TRAVERTINO” (last stop), there take the underground line “A”, BATTISTINI direction, and you can reach Piazza di Spagna or to the Vatican Museum, etc.
Near the apartment there is the bus line 118 which take you to the catacombs, to Terme di Caracalla and to Circus Maximus.

Este un apartament spatios dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, la parter este un supermarket, zona este linistita si frumoasa, sunt doua autobuze care te duc la liniile de metrou. Propietarii sunt oameni foarte serviabili si seriosi.
