Charmantes kleines Appartement, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zum Petersdom, Piazza Navona etc sind es wenige Gehminuten. Sehr nette, aufmerksame Vermieter. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt, perfekt für zwei Personen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gigantisch. Nahe beim Campo di Fiori und absolut ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, vor allem, weilen die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte.

Apart from a temporary tecnical problem that can sometime happen, such a good comment about the flat should include an excellent rating * * * * * !

A wonderful stay. The apartment was not big but perfect for a couple and appropriate for 4 people; fresh, clean, sunlit, cool and very quiet. Comfortable beds - the sofa also becomes a very comfortable bed with wooden slats. Good quality air conditioning (clean filters). The 16th Century Palazzo Baldocca Muccioli is a famous monumental masterpiece and stepping in and out each day, one feels like a roman local, a part of the stunning surrounds. Walking distance to everything: historical sites, open markets, shops, restaurants.  Our location couldn't have been better. Our hosts were really friendly and ready to respond to any request. We recommend this flat to anyone wanting to experience the best of Rome!

Superbe Palazzo, tres bien situé, trés beau quartier. Belles parties communes, appartement très bien décoré et confortable pour deux personnes ( certainement un peu juste pour quatre ) Lit impeccable.
Il nous semble que les fenêtres de la chambre et du couloir donnant sur la salle de bain devraient etre changées et insonorisées ( elles sont petites ). En effet dès 5h du matin les mouettes ( si si !) crient vraiment très fort pendant une heure... ça n'a l'air de rien mais après des journées de visites c'est  assez épuisant...

We enjoyed our stay in the flat. Everthing was fine, absolutly no noise except some birds on the roof, the size was very comfortable for two persons, but we think, also a family with 2 youngsters would fit. The internet connection within the flat was sometimes a little slow, but that was the only thing, we could complain.
The flat is in the near of everything and the sweet little town buses are just a 100m walk away, that take one to nearly every important attraction for people, who can't walk by themself.
Our hosts were very friendly and made our stay a pleasant one. We could recommend this flat to everyone, who wants to visit Rome! And the restaurants nearby ensure also a wonderful holiday!

A lovely apartment, in the most beautiful building , great location in a most wonderful street. Contact person was very nice and accommodating.We had the best time and would love to come back next time we're in Rome.

Booked this apartment for a 3 day stay wen visiting Rome with my college aged daughter, we loved it. I would say the unit is equal to a 3 star hotel in Europe, clean and neat, the location however was 5 star. Loved the quaintness of the area, walked everywhere. Close to Campo de Flori, where we found great places for dinner. Internet was intermittent at times, but owner was most helpful. Cold water bottles in the refrigerator and tea bags for morning tea was wonderful. Would refer Roman Reference to friends

Le plus: Très bon accueil, appartement très calme. Très bien situé à Rome.

Le moins:
• Pas recommandé pour des familles, car pas possible d'utiliser la cuisine, (le table électrice était en panne..) et il n’y avait peu des ustensiles
• Odeur venant du salle de bains est toujours là.
• Nettoyage: la salle de bains et les mur dans la chambre avait des traces d'autres locataires (traces de vomi sur le mur... Toilette pas 100% nettoyé..).Pas des produits d’entretien dans l’appartement, ni papier de toilette

Moins intéressante par rapport aux prix/qualité.

 

Le problème avec la salle de bain a été résolu.
la cusinière électrique fonctionne parfaitement et est souvent utilisée par nos clients ; Il aurait été utile de demander de plus amples explications sur le fonctionnement en cas de doutes.
La maison est louée complètement fournie avec tous les accessoires et est en parfait état; Tout besoin doit etre communiquer durant le séjour pour voir si le problème existe ou si cela peut etre résolu rapidement.
En dépit de notre engagement constant à la qualité, l'hygiène, le service, les petits problèmes peuvent toujours survenir.
Mais si l'excellence de l'appartement, de l'accueil et la volonté de résoudre les besoins des clients, pourquoi ces demandes n'ont -elles pas été mentionné en personne pour comprendre et donner aux clients la plus grande satisfaction, au lieu de devenir un commentaire négatif subjectif.

Malgré un charme certain et une bonne situation une épouvantable odeur venant des canalisations de la salle de bain a gaché en partie le séjour et nous avons failli quitter l'appartement. Malgré des désinfectants et désodorisants l'odeur est quand même restée. A ces prix de location la prestation reste donc moyenne d'autant que le wi fi annoncé n'a presque jamais fonctionné et que l'équipement de la cuisine est très sommaire. Dommage!
