The apartment was extremely unsatisfactory.

Several items of furniture in the photos were missing, including the master bedroom's desk, the couch, a chair and the coffee table.

The condition of the beds was unacceptable. The master bedroom's mattress was possibly decades old, hard, lumpy and thin (so much so that the wooden slats of the bed base could be felt beneath it); my partner and I both experienced very stiff backs from how uncomfortable it was. Further, the mattress was totally unhygenic; it was covered in stains, including several that were almosty certainly semen stains (we took photos), as was the mattress cover. No top sheet was provided.

The condition of the mattresses in the second bedroom was only marginally better; also stained and thin, such that an adult of more than around 55kg would be extremely uncomfortable.

In addition, the sponges in the kitchen were filthy, one of the bar stools was broken, the bath tub had a greasy film, and the toilet only flushed sporadically.

We were extremely disappointed. Not good value or comfort.

Chouette appartement bien localisé. Fonctionnel et agréable. Metro Piramide à 5/10 minutes de marche. Arrêt de bus devant l'immeuble. Immeuble de standing. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Propre. Chambres ensoleillées le matin. Matelas des lits un tout petit peu fins mais c'est un détail. Good deal.

The apartment was beautiful, the problem was we were only given 1 bath towel and 5 larger hand towels for 4 people, also the bed for my wife and I had no sheets. I called the caretaker and never heard from them, for that reason it was poor.
otherwise it would have been a great/exellent place

Tout s'est merveilleusement déroulé, l'accueil très chaleureux et le personnel très à l'écoute de nos souhaits et toujours disponibles et réactifs : un régal ! L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très confortable. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet appartement très propre et spacieux et qui était fidèle aux photos. Le métro est à quelques pas de marche, c'est formidable. Merci mille fois pour ce logement : nous reviendrons !

This apartment is in such a great location; you can walk to testaccio, which has great resturants, bars, and clubs. The train is is 2 blocks away and really convient, just 2 stops from Colosseum; you can also walk.

The apartment is super cute and the beds are deceivingly comfortable. the neighborhood is quiet, there is a supermarket around the corner. There is a doorman in the building during the day.

Great location.  Can either walk to Trastevere area or the Colloseum which takes approx 30 - 40 minutes.  If you don't want to walk into the city centre the Pyramid metro station is just 10 minutes walk away.

As we were travelling with a child the apartment was much better than a hotel as it provided seperate bedrooms and kitchen facilities which we used for breakfast.  For groceries a Carrefour is located just around the corner.
