APARTMENT ROME- COLOSSEO- Via Cavour- #506Nice apartment set in Via Cavour, set near major sity sites such as Santa Maria Maggiore and the Colosseum, close to subway station line B, shops and restaurants.
60m2 apartment set on the 7th floor ( elevator until the 6th floor) is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With one king size sofa bed, sofa, coffee table, table and chairs, antique buffet from 8th century, cable TV, radio, AC, window leading to the terrace;
KITCHEN
With gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, window, ventilation system;
2 BEDROOMS
#1- With 2 single beds ( 75cm x 190cm), wardrobe, window ;
#2- With queen size bed ( 170x 190) with a antique bed frame from the 7th century, bedside table, bookshelves, wardrobe, AC, window facing terrace;
BATHROOM
With bathtub/shower, sink, cupboard, wc, bidet, window ;
TERRACE
With table and chairs, 2 armchairs, long chair, sun umbrella, view, facing via Cavour.
Independent heating, tv, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace AC, elevator ( until the 6th floor).PL
PLEASE NOTE : A security deposit of 200 euros will be asked upon check in and given back at the moment of the check out. There is a tax of two euros per person up to 10 days of stay except for children under 10 years

The apartment was absolutely lovely, with amazing views from all windows and the terrace. Isabella, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, and provided everything we could possibly need.
The Cavour metro stop is 30 seconds walk away, and the Colleseum/Forum/Capital Hill a few minutes walk, with many other 'sights' not much further. You can even walk from/to Terminii in 10 minutes if you don't want to carry heavy luggage up and down the Metro steps [2 of my daughters did that].
It is surrounded by delicatessens, some supermarkets and affordable restaurants of all styles
