30sq.mts.+10sq.mts loft apartment set on the first floor with elevator and consists of:
LIVING ROOM
with table and 4 chairs, 1 double sofa bed, coffee table, buffet, tv, 1 bench, kitchen corner and 2 large windows on Largo Arenula;
KITCHEN CORNER
with gas stove, small electric oven, refrigerator, freezer;
BATHROOM
with shower, bidet, washing machine, 1 window overllooking inner courtyard;
a staircase in the living leads to the loft with bedroom:

with 1 double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves, coat stand.

Wir haben diese Wohnung als Ausweichwohnung angeboten bekommen und hat sich leider als Notlösung herausgestellt. Die zwei Sterne gibt es nur für die zentrae Lage am Piazza de Argentina und das gute Bett. Ansonsten war die Wohnung ein Reinfall. Wahnsinnig laut, da die Straßenbahn gefühlt durchs Wohnzimmer fährt, geschweige von den vielen Menschen und der vielbefahrenen Straße. Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig. Die Dusche hat wirklich nur warmes Wasser, wenn sie es will. Der Fernseher, den man ja in Rom auch wirklich nicht braucht, war auch nur ein Staubfänger. Die 770 EUR für vier Nächte sind ein Wucher! Lieber Finger weg und was anderes suchen!

Excellent location - very close to Campo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and the Ghetto. Apartment faces a tram stop which is very noisy.

l'acqua o era fradda o bollente non si trovava una via di mezzo
the place is in central position, you don't need bus or metro,
but we had a problem, water was too much hot or too much cold impossible to regulate.

This is a wonderfully located apartment, great place, plenty of space for 2, and would work for 4 but be a little cozy. The only problem we had was we only had hot water every other day.
