APARTMENT ROME - TRASTEVERE - Via Ettore Rolli - # 400fComfortable apartment set in Trastevere area, near the train station and the Tram n° 8 that will allow you to reach major city sites, near shops and restaurant.
45m2 apartment st on the 1st floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With double bed, coffee table, TV and dvd player, table and chairs, wardrobe, window;
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room, with gas stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
With queen size bed, bedside tables, chair, AC, window;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, bidet, wc, hair dryer;
Independent heating, AC, TV, dvd player, washing machine, internet WiFi, vacuum cleaner, no elevator.
Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
This is a spacious one bedroom apartment, very conveniently located just about 2 minutes from the Trastevere train station-- this is not quite the historic city center, but it's close and very well-connected, only about a 10 minute ride on the tramway (which runs very frequently) and very easy to reach from Rome's main airport (You can take a direct train from insider the airport and then you'll have to walk for about 2 minutes to reach the apartment). You could walk to the heart of Trastevere in less than 20 minutes, and there's a wonderful, and very big park, the Villa Pamphili, only about 10 minutes on the tramway. Testaccio, an interesting neighborhood for night live, eating out, cultural events and known for its "Romanness" is just across the bridge, a short walk from the apartment, on the other side of the tiber river.The apartment itself is fully equipped and furnished: there's a separate bedroom (with double bed) and then a good sized entrance/living area with comfortable double sofabed, eating/sittiing area and kitchen area.
Nicely decorated and well taken care of (but not recently renovated -- thus the good price!). It's colorful and spacious enough for up to 5 people (double bed and double sofabed, plus a single fold out), with air-conditioning, a large flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. It's on the ground floor so the windows look out to the sidewalk and street. Although the windows are double glazed, you do get some traffic noise (less so in the bedroom and not bad at night) which is something noise-sensitive people should know (you're in the center of Rome…!)
Supermarkets,restaurants, gelaterie daily markets for fresh produce and everything else you'll need are within easy reach.
Another great thing about this apartment is that it's basically located right in front of the famous "Porta Portese" market, the biggest flea market in Rome which takes place every Sunday. So if you've come to Rome because you're a mercato afficionado, then this is where you'd want to rent!

Hemos estado muy a gusto, pero a la llegada el apartamento estaba aún sin limpiar. No fue problema porque salíamos inmediatamente a conocer Roma, pero sí entiendo que es fundamental que el apartamento esté en perfectas condiciones cuando llegan los inquilinos. Y por otra parte, el cuarto de baño es algo incómodo, sobretodo por la estrechez de la ducha y el wc. Pero en cualquier caso, un lugar interesante. Gracias.
