APARTMENT ROME - TRASTEVERE – VICOLO DEL BOLOGNA- #382Lovely brand new apartment in Trastevere, nearby Santa Maria in Trastevere and transports which allow you to get to the other areas of the city;
30sq.mts. studio apartment and its 70 sq.mts terrace, set on the 4th floor without elevator and consists of:
BEDROOM/LIVING
with double bed (160x200), single armchair bed, coffee table, wardrobe, mirror, shelves, tv, air conditioning,table and chairs, wooden ceiling, kitchen corner and door- window leading to the terrace with view on the roofs;
KITCHEN CORNER
with gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, cupboard and ventilation system;
BATHROOM
with shower box, sink, wc, hair dryer.
TERRACE
With table and chairs, sun umbrella, potted plants.
Independent heating, tv, a/c, microwave, iron, hair dryer, internet, no elevator.

Situé dans une rue calme d'un quartier annimé, permet une bonne isolation de l'appartement des bruits extérieurs.
Piéce bien agencée avec les commodités nécessaire pour un court séjour.
Belle terrasse agréable pour prendre les repas.
Petit inconvéniant, la douche et le sanitaire ne sont pas adaptés pour tout le monde...

Schnuckelige kleine Wohnung mit toller Terasse in guter Lage. Man hört nachts daß es die bevorzugte Ausgehgegend ist, aber sehr erträglich. Optimal für Verliebte die kein Problem mit den Treppen haben und nicht groß kochen wollen.

Very quaint little apartment, in a quiet little alleyway which cars cannot fit down. Would recommend this apartment to be used just for bed and breakfast really and is a good base to explore Rome from. Has all the basics, and is in a great location. There're many little food shops nearby for your essentials and a useful supermercato not too far away on Corso di Vittorio Emmanuelle II. The description, however, is slightly misleading as it makes out there are three rooms. In fact, the apartment is one small room with a tiny bathroom off from it. There is a safe, as in the description, but make sure you ask purposefully for the key if you want to use it. Try to conserve your hot water as there's only enough really in the tank for one short shower, and a handy tip is to take a roll of toilet paper to get you going as none is provided - but is available in the aforementioned supermarket. All in all though, an average little place with no major complaints.
