Charming apartment walking distance to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, nearby transports which will allow you to reach other major city sites, restaurants and shops. Ideal to start the visit of the Eternal City.
45sq.mts apartment set on the second floor without elevator is composed of:
LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed (140cm- french size), armchair, chest of drawers, TV, DVD player, table and chairs, A/C,  window, stairs leading to the loft, kitchen corner.
KITCHEN CORNER
Open on the living room  fully equipped with electric stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, cupboards and utensils;
BEDROOM
On loft, open o the living room  with double bed ( 160cm), bedside tables, wardrobe, A/C, window.
BATHROOM
With shower, bidet, wc, Hair dryer, small window.

Independent heating, TV, dvd player, A/C, WiFi, hair dryer, no elevator.
PLEASE NOTE :  a damage deposit of 200 euros in cash will be asked upon check in a given back upon check out. We are a french-italian family and we live in the same buiding. We will receive you at your arrival and we will try to make your stay the most pleasant. The apartment is incredibly quiet (in a very central and lively area) and bright. The area is very safe, you can walk even by night without problems. The building is an ancient aristocratic "palazzo".
The flat, just renewed, can sleep two adults and 1-2 kids. It is a studio, little but very comfortable, perfect also for long stay. We don't recommend you to rent it for more than 2 adults (and 1-3 childrens).
We can provide you with children's items like stroller, high chair, and baby bed.
We will be glad to give you al the informations you need about the area and the activities in Rome (for adults and childrens).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENT HAS NO LIFT (2ND FLOOR) AND THAT THE SHOWER IS A LITTLE SMALL FOR A VERY TALL PERSON.
