20sq.mts, quiet apartment set on the second floor without elevator (about 20 steps). Ceiling in the kitchen and in the bathroom is 1.80mts high. This studio is in the same building of apartment #388.It consists of:

with double bed, table, bookshelves, wardrobe, satellite tv, dvd, stereo, air conditioning and window leading to:
BALCONY
with patio furniture, table and chairs overlooking pleasant inner courtyard;
KITCHEN
with electric stove, fridge and window;

with shower, electric water heater and window.

Independent heating, quiet, satellite tv, dvd, stereo, a/c, internet WiFi ( 5 euros extra), no elevator, no phone, balcony.Monthly possible. This is a small study that is in an excellent location in the center of Rome.
Everything has been designed and tailor-made, nothing is missing. Despite the centrality is nevertheless exposed to the inner courtyard and is therefore quiet and bright, Via del Corso is very lively during the day but at night it is very quiet.
From this location you can walk everywhere and within walking distance there is a taxi station and Metro stop Flaminio Piazza del Popolo.
Guests find all for basic necessities such as water, toilet paper, soap, coffee, oil, biscuits and crackers, etc..
A few steps away, in Via della Frezza, there is a convenient supermarket.
I’m very careful to clean for the apartment and the laundry. The bed cover is changed each time and it's really unpleasant when customers throw your suitcases or bags on the bed all clean. So too please customers do not clean their shoes with towels.
For those staying for more than 7 days I always offer free linen and cleaning.
If you notice the comments of other guests will notice that the balcony is much appreciated, as indeed the centrality, the rest is small, but perfect for visiting Rome with extreme comfort!
