APARTMENT ROME-Campo dei Fiori - Via del Pellegrino- #3465min. walk from Campo dei Fiori and Trastevere, walking distance from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, Rome apartment in the heart of the historical center;
40sq.mts., sunny, quiet apartment set on the fourth floor and consists of:
BED/LIVING ROOM
with double sofabed and double bed, bookshelves, wardrobe, phone, air conditioning and 3 windows with a stunning view on roman roofs;
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
fully equipped with crockery and silverware, cups and glasses, with gas stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer, microvawe, table and chairs, window with a stunning view on roman roofs;
BATHROOM
with shower, washing machine, electric water heater, ventilation system.
Electric heating, washing machine,phone, cd player, TV, dvd player, A/C, internet ADSL/ WiFi, elevator. Monthly possible.

The location is superb, so the key handling and punctuality. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and well equipped with working kitchen appliances and kitchenware. It is well cleaned, the bed is comfortable and there is a lot of linen. The apartment has many windows and the view of the Roman roofs is nice. The shortcomings are a small shower and a broken tap holder which can be fixed for few euros. The TV is very small and has only 3 Italian speaking stations. I rated it five stars because generally the apartment is a very good solution for tourists who stay in Rome for a week and if we come again we shall surely choose it.

The appartment is perfect for any couple interested to visit and have the real experiance of living in Rome.
It is situated in a perfect place, close to everything including Campo di Fiori and all other attractions. At the same time it has a great view and completely quite.
We found the apartment aquipted with everything we needed and in excelent shape.
I would definitely look for this apartment next time I will visit in Rome.

Apartment was in great central location for entire city. Views out of the window were charming of other rooftops. Free Wi-Fi was great and the elevator was very accommodating. Bathroom shower was broken, but other than that the room was decent. Would have liked a few more updated pieces of furniture as chairs and couch seemed to be worn-in.

The apartment was clean and well-furnished. It is in an excellent location. Almost everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The apartment is ample size for two people. It is light and airy with pleasing views of surrounding rooftops. All of the appliances worked, as did the wireless Internet. The person who gave us the key was on time and courteous. He was very helpful and clearly explained everything. On the whole, we were extremely pleased.

Apartment was great, in particular the location was fantastic - it couldn't be better. everything in the apartment worked and was satisfactory. it was very quiet which was great. air conditioning seemed to be on a setting which made it turn on periodically so at those times the room would heat up unbearably so I was forced to turn it off completely and sleep with the windows open instead. maybe the key system could be improved - perhaps the key could be sent beforehand, I know this is difficult sometimes. I arrived without a phone and it was hard to find a phone and how to use it etc - when you travel these things are important. It worked out ok but it would have been easier to have the key so there was no stress around making it on time and contacting the apartment contact.

An excellent solution to discover the city. Very well located in a quiet street not far from Campo de Fiori with all necessary comfort for a nice stay. My wife and I will definetly get back to this place next time we will be in Roma.

We loved our stay here. Both the location and the apartment were just what we were looking for. Thank you! Cleaning was great, although there was no extra toilet paper. It would be nice to have a little how-to guide of the apartment, including info such as where the nearest supermarket is and how to work the appliances (TV, washer, etc).

Sorry about that! This is the closest supermarket: Supermercato Carrefour Express Roma via del Governo Vecchio 119. I found both TV and washer unlpugged. Cleaners often unplug while cleaning, please do make sure to ask the keyholder that lets you into the apartment to show you how everything works. The extra toilet paper was on the little loft above the shower, sorry. I'm happy otherwise everything else was pleasant!

The location itself could be a charming one, it's calm with a nice view and close to Piazza de Fiori as a key attraction. However, the appartment itself needs a refurbishment. That's why I'd rank the location a 3-star-offer rather than a 4-star-appartment at the moment. But to be fair: All facilities were clean. The handover of the keys and organization has been totally fine.

Dear Sir, Madam, Guglielmo, You are most welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your apartment. It is wonderfully pleasant, light, airy, great bed, extremely well equipped, marvellously quiet, and fantastically located. Furthermore, when there was a problem with the electricity, you got back to us quickly and helped us to understand and resolve the problem immediately. Before that, our reception and welcome by Guglielmo was prompt and very friendly and hospitable. Our stay in your apartment decidedly enhanced our visit to Roma, which was absolutely wonderful, by the way. (Aside from being such a magnificent city, I must say that the Romans are truly warm, helpful and entertaining people). Hope to see you again!!

The apartment is in a great location and is within walking distance of major attractions, such as the Vatican, Colosseum, and Trevi Fountain. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. The host who met us at the apartment was welcoming and helpful. The furniture needs work, especially considering the rental price.

Great location and a nice apartment. Very quiet and within walking distance of many of Rome's tourist attractions. I have to agree with the previous reviewer about the shower curtain needing cleaning. The apartment itself was quite clean, but it could use some small repairs here and there. Not enough to detract from our enjoyment of Rome.

As a frequent visitor I would like to remark that the sofa and chairs are now well past their "use-by"-date and should be replaced. The apartment is otherwise very good, bright and and very quiet.

My husband and I spent a week in the apartment. The location is fantastic, and we walked everywhere in Rome from there. The light in the apartment is wonderful, and the views of the surrounding rooftops are magical.
While the apartment is comfortable, it is sorely in need of upgrading and better maintenance. The sofa and armchairs are worn out and have stained covers. The shower curtain had mildew on it and was ripped. The walls are all covered with marks.
The positive aspects of the apartment outweighed the negatives, but this apartment could be so much more appealing and inviting. I hope the owner will spruce things up for the next visitors and make it the 5-star apartment that it deserves to be.

L'appartement est très bien situé - nous avons pu visité tout les sites à pied et il y a bcp de bon restos à quelques minutes, voire quelques pas de l'appart. On ne s'est pas servi de la cuisine, qui est petite, à part pour le petit déjeuner. Si vous avez l'intention de faire du linge, demandez comment brancher la machine car nous n'avons pas pouvoir la brancher (la prise dans la salle de bain ne marchait pas). Bon, il faut pas regarder trop prés (cadres cassés, poussière sous le lit) mais l'essentiel est bien au niveau.

The apt was in a great location. The apt itself was also very good. The service provided by your company could be better. A few suggestions: I had to ask by e-mail how I was going to get the key to the apt a few days before arriving. The office should have sent me the information.
I had to ask for the phone number in the apt.-it should have been given in the details of the apt.
I asked for a set of sheets for the day bed. We never received them.
Rather than welcomed at my arrival, I was scolded by Enzo for being 20 minutes late. He said I should have telephoned him. I had sent an e-mail that was forwarded to him that I did not have a mobile phone with me. I called from a pay phone at the airport.He said his time was important-he had other clients. Before going up to the apt-I told him I needed to go to a cash machine for the remainder of the rent- He said he'd take the 250 euros I had and would return in 15 minutes for the rest of the money. He insisted that I give him 10 euros for his time-I gave it to him. For these reasons I would not use your company again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

This is an excellent apartment. It is bright, clean and very quiet. Bed linen,towels and kitchen utensils are all in place. The location is perfect. Having stayed there previously I was pleasently surprised to see the improvements done, especially the sofa group and bookshelves. It is beautifully done with a sure sense of style. The only drawback is the chairs chosen for the kitchen table - they are too big for the room and makes it all but impossible to seat more than two at the table.

In ROME you should do as the Romans do ......and this charming little flat in VIA DEL PELLEGRINO provides you the ultimate base for that. Right in the center of ROME but still in a quiet side street which enables you a calm and restful stay during day or night. All windows show you the unique view over Rome's backyards and rooftops in its beautiful "terra di Sienna" house paintings. Entering the house made me feel like I am entering my home. The spirit of the flat as well as the tasteful white interior design made me settle within seconds. Especially after my first early morning rounds in discovering the treasures of old ROME I would appreciate a peaceful afternoon nap in this bright air-conditioned (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) flat. Worth noting is the delicious pizza that you can by "on the meter" at campo dei fiori......it's worth any sin at any time....of course with a great glass of red wine!
The BEST in all the vacation arrangements though was the service offered by ROMAN REFERENCE. If have never experienced such an outstanding service before. You could feel that the people behind this homepage do their profession from a deep sense of duty towards others - a unique characteristic in our present lifetime.

Efficient,small studio - beautiful view of roof gardens, great location. Kitchen sink is not practical...but apartment is bright and charming. Roman Reference has been very helpful throughout our planning and stay.
