KITCHEN
with gas stove/oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher;
BATHROOM
with bathtub/shower, washing machine, window, gas boiler;
TERRACE
with patio furniture for outdoor eating.

Independent heating, tv, stereo, working chimney, dw, wm, elevator, terrace. Cleaning included once a week (on Wednesdays 1pm/4pm). Monthly possible.

our apartament is 3 rooms, 80sq.mts, including the terrace: very sunny, quiet apartment , simply furnished. Elevator.
The living area includes the LIVING ROOM (1 glass french door leading to terrace), and the DINING ROOM (very sunny room , working chimney also for brail, large table, armchair, wall glass french door leading to terrace and wall large windows overlooking the street and the inner courtyard).
The dining room is linked to the KITCHEN: small but very rational,with any cooking device, italian style, organized in a large benchwork. We love to cook! please enjoy it.
The TERRACE is full of plants and with patio furniture for outdoor breakfast and meals, a large umbrella will shadow you in summer time: you'll love it.
The BEDROOM and the BATHROOM are well separated from the living area.

Every Wednesday (if not in vacation) Juanito will clean the apartment from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (he has his own key), sorry for the inconvenience, but you'll be happy! A plenty supermarket is in the same block, just turn left!
Our street is out of crowd and noises! Although S. Lorenzo neighbor is very exciting: lot of restaurants and bar, one of the movida neighbor in Rome. So you’ll may enjoy the night life only if you wish and recover in our peaceful place.
