APARTMENT ROME-TRASTEVERE- VIA MANARA- #326Lovely apartment in the heart of Trastevere, nearby Santa Maria in Trastevere;
95sq.mts., the apartment is set between the ground and the first floor (8 steps up) and consists of:
ENTRANCE
with wardrobe and bookshelves;
LIVING-ROOM
with 2 sofas, 1 armchair, desk and 2 chairs, coffe table, shelves, tv/DVD player, DSL fast Internet connection and window on Via Mameli;
2 BEDROOMS
#1with double bed, 1 bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelves, en suite bathroom and window on inner courtyard;
#2with double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 armchair, chest of drawers, tv, dehumidifier, loft with chest of drawers, en suite bathroom and window on Via Manara;
KITCHEN
functional kitchen, fully equipped with table and 4 chairs, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and freezer, buffet and window on inner courtyard;

Appartement très très très bien situé, nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il fallait dedans!
Allez un seul bémol, il est un petit peu difficile à trouver dans le dédale des rues environnantes, mais sinon, il est parfait.

Appartement grand et confortable dans immeuble calme. Accueil souriant.
Quartier agréable : marché du matin Piazza S. Cosimato; boutiques artisanales sympa (allez acheter saucissons et fromages chez Antica Artigiana sur via S. Francisco a Ripa).
Près de Sta Maria-in-Trastevere : animation jour et nuit; mais via L. Manara calme.
Près bus et tram; Pzza Navona et Forum accessibles à pied.
Tout pour un agréable séjour.
Quartier agréable : marché du matin Piazza S. Cosimato; boutiques artisanales sympa (allez acheter saucissons et fromages chez Antica Artigiana sur via S. Francisco a Ripa).

The apartment is spacious and located in my favorite part of Rome. It is close to public transportation, the outdoor market, stores of all kinds, and cafes and restaurants. All good things. The wooden floors are pleasant underfoot and are a welcome change from the cold of ceramic or marble. The beds are comfortable and bedside reading lamps are provided. The bathrooms are clean.
Overall, however, there are several drawbacks to a visitor’s comfort. First, the furniture. The white sofa is both uncomfortable and very dirty. The blue sofa is fairly comfortable, but badly damaged. The armchair is quite comfortable but dirty. The several rugs were badly in need of cleaning; I rolled them up and tucked them away. Secondly, the kitchen wear is long overdue to be replaced. The cutlery is extremely scratched up aluminum and unpleasant to eat with. The dishes should have been put through the dishwasher before my arrival. The pots and pans are adequate, but the cooking utensils should all be replaced. Finally, there are too many of the owner’s personal items scattered about the apartment, although the collection of books is welcome.
It is unpleasant to live with such dirty furniture. Throwing a sheet over the sofas and chairs is not an acceptable solution. With Ikea in the area, there’s no reason that the furniture and kitchen items couldn’t be replaced at a very reasonable cost. A rental apartment should not be a catchall for items that the owner no longer wants in his or her own home.

Find dirty dishes has certainly been an error in the handling of arrivals and departures, and I'm very sorry.

The apartment is not rented empty because I always thought that those who make this choice and feel the pleasure of living in an Italian home. And often this is appreciated. If you decide to go back I'd like to have my guest and still have his appreciation.

Very good location, no dishwasher tablets no spare toilet roll or towels ( difficult to dry towels). Microwave not working also kitch clock and lamps without bulbs. Could not get large shower to run with hot water.

L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. Grande cuisine ouverte, salon agréable, deux chambres.
Seul bémol : un petit peu sombre.
Le quartier en revanche est vraiment très chouette, à deux pas de la Célèbre Place Santa Maria de Trastevere et de plein de restaurants de quartier tous vraiment très bons.
Le marché quotidien à 100 mètres de là est également une vraie valeur ajoutée.
Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

THE APARTMENT WAS SIMPLE BUT LOVELY. VERY NICE QUIET, SAFE SPOT, BUT WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL THE RESTAURANTS OF TRASTEVERE, AND THE MORNING MARKET. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

the location is perfect- especially enjoyed the market nearby for fresh supplies, and walking distance to great restaurants. It was quiet, safe and very comfortable, esp beds. The apartment was very well equiped and clean. A true highlight to our time in Italy! Thankyou!!
