This beautiful apartment in building of the 16th C. on 2 floors is on the 1st floor without elevator is composed of :

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
Prestigious apartment on Via dei Cappellari, a short distance from Campo de’Fiori and Piazza Navona in the heart of historic center. This first floor apartment is found in ancient building and was recently renovated by a highly acclaimed Roman architect. It is comprised of a living room with a couch, dining room for six, completely equipped modern kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with writing desk, and bathroom with bathtub. It is also equipped with full air conditioning, TV, Hi-Fi audio, and washing machine. Modern and excellent antique furnishings, high wood ceilings, and high quality home decor complete the apartment. This apartment in conjunction with iCappellari apartment (apartment 319c) can also accommodate large groups (up to 15 people).This apartments are on the same buiding on the same floor.

You cannot go wrong with this location! Just off of Campo dei Fiori, you are in walking distance of main attractions. The piazza has a great farmer’s market during the day and a great people watching venue at night with the nightlife. We walked everywhere, including the Coliseum and Vatican. The apartment is along a quiet side street with local craftsmen shops open during the day. The apartment gave you a true Rome experience. We were a group of four women and we worried about our safety and the place felt very homey. We found the location to be incredibly quiet and had the feeling of being “removed” even though we were so close to the action. Having two bathrooms was a priority with four women. We didn’t use the kitchen at all for our 3 night stay, but it seemed to have everything we would have needed, including an espresso maker and espresso. Luigi was super responsive and easy to reach. I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity and everyone in my group felt the same way. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of five. Not only was it in a very safe area but also in the best possible location if you plan on walking to see every site, which you can do easily. The front door is only a 30 second walk to one of the best squares in Rome, as far as resting with a glass of wine after a long day of walking, is concerned. The owner and property manager were not only extremely nice but answered our e-mails promptly and were waiting, on time, at our door when we arrived. What else is there to say - great place and we will be back.

My family of 5 enjoyed our time in this apartment. It is extremely well located with fresh fruits, pastries and coffee available in the Campo de Fiori in the morning and good restaurants lining the Campo at night. It is also a very short walk to Piazza Navona and various bus lines to other parts of the city. The apartment was as advertised and clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bedroom with twin beds and bathroom upstairs worked very well for our teenagers. The sofa bed in the living room was OK but not great; it actually worked better to sleep in the couch without pulling it out into a bed. Mrs. Claudia was good about making sure there was linen for the sofa bed and enough towels. Be aware that the apartment, like many in Rome, is up a couple of flights of stairs.. I appreciated Luigis recommendations of restaurants and he was very helpful (via email) as we were getting ready to come; helping us with transportation from the airport. Overall a great place in a great location for your time in Rome.
