APARTMENT ROME- PRATI- Lungotevere della Vittoria-#313Nice apartment set 15 minutes walk from Vatican City, nearby Monte Mario parkland, in one of the best residential areas full of bars and restaurants, well connected by buses, trams and underground;
70 sq mts apartment set on the 4th floor with elevator is composed of:

Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
The apartment has a stunning view of the river Tiber, even from a naturalistic point of view.The area where you will find is very close to the historical center of Rome, about 15 minutes and well served by several buses that will take you to the main tourist sites typically earmarked for art tours of the city, like the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia , the Roman Forum, Colosseum, Trastevere.
All these places are served by buses 280-224-628-32 that lie beneath the door of the house and that will take you, without change, the main tourist destinations and also those which are situated across the River Tiber as the Auditorium Music Park, Il Foro Italico with its many sporting events such as the International Tennis championship or beach volleyball, the Golden Gala of Athletics, the Olympic Stadium for football games.
Numerous cafes Prati district of Victoria as Vanni, Antonini, Rosati, Settembrini, frequented by the Romans, as well as numerous restaurants and Romans always tell the truth a little tourist town where you can live a little 'less tourists!
Possibility of parking under the door for 4 euros a day and possibility for garage.
Each activity is located in the bustling commercial and near Piazza Mazzini served in any way.
The apartment accommodates up to 5 people and is elegant, very refined, with a beautiful parquet floor.
My advice is to go downtown in good weather by walking along the river shore, where there is a beautiful bike path and in fifteen minutes you are so close to the Ponte Cavour and the Ara Pacis, in the center and seeing you around the peace river and its mallards you in the heart of Rome, without realizing it!
