APARTMENT ROME- VATICAN MUSEUM- Piazza Santa Maria delle Grazie- #256Nearby the Vatican ( 150 m), 5 min. walk from metro stop Cipro, well connected with all areas of Rome by buses and underground;
80sq.mts apartment set on the third floor, it consists of:
ENTRANCE
with sofa, library, information point;
LIVING ROOM
with sofa bed ( 140x200), single sofa bed (80x188) closet, TV with DVD player, extensible table for 6/8 persons, 5 chairs, coffee table, lamps, Pianoforte, window on Vatican's wall stairs, A/C;
BEDROOM
with double bed (180x200)- possiblity of crib-, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, telephone , armchair, air conditioning, window and balcony on Vatican's wall stairs ;
EAT IN KITCHEN
with table with 4 stools and 2 chairs, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, boiler, coffe machine, washing machine and window on Vatican's wall stairs;
BATHROOM
with shower, bidet, wc, hairdryer and window.

Our apartment is situated in a convenient location, just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums. Nearby you can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and eateries with some of our suggestions and tips for you in the apartment.20 meters is the public bus stops and the metro station is very close to Cipro-Vatican Museums. So, in minutes, without a car, you can reach the historic center: Villa Borghese, Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona ...
The apartment is bright and quiet, with windows to the Vatican Walls and entrance from the square (Santa Maria delle Grazie), which is now a pleasant place for rest and refreshment, between a good restaurant and a good ice cream!
From there, a staircase, flowering in the spring, will take you to the splendor of the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums.

Dobry, wygodny apartament dla 4 osób. Położony blisko Wtykanu. Blisko Metro i pętla autobusowa. Łatwy dojazd do centrum. Tania dzielnica. Są sklepy i supermarkety. Koło domu bar i pizzeria. Mieszkanie jest zadbane, wyciszone. Z małym tarasikiem Jedno co przeszkadza to telefony od ludzi szukających właścicielki. Telefonu nie można wyłączyć , bo wtedy pada internet. WiFi działa. Niestety agenta spóźniła sie prawie 45 minut.

Fantastisk dejligt sted, vil helt sikkert anbefale lejligheden. Alting var rent og fint, det var nemt at komme ind til centrum med bus eller metro og vi har nydt vores ophold.
El apartamemto es muy bonito, nos encanto el lugar, todo estaba limpio y bonito y nos sentimos en casa! El centro de Roma esta muy accesible en bus o metro. Gracias por una experiencia muy linda! Familia Zamora

The apartment was exactly as described. Enzo met us there, showed us everything and was very helpful. The apartment is more spacious than the pictures show, nicely appointed and well maintained.
Even though the kitchen has everything you need, downstairs are two bar/restaurants that are excellent as well as one of the best gelato shops in Rome. The grocery store is right down the street.
Roman Reference was extremely helpful and responsive to us when we had questions and needed help.

Siamo qui in vacanza, ripartiamo domani e vogliamo dare il nostro parere.
L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, molto bello e grande (noi eravamo solo in due ed effettivamente era fin troppo!). C'è tutto quello che serve: cucina attrezzatissima (ci sono tutti i detersivi per la casa e per la lavatrice), lavatrice, balconcino in camera per stendere, ferro da stiro, condizionatore, tv con decoder incorporato, lettore dvd, collegamento adsl (che sto usando ora per scrivere!), phon; tutto perfettamente funzionante! Si trova in un palazzo elegante un po' vecchiotto ma c'è l'ascensore e l'appartamento è evidentemente stato ristrutturato. Inoltre è molto silenzioso. All'ingresso si trova una comoda bacheca con la cartina di Roma e tanti libri interessanti su cosa visitare. e sulla storia di Roma.
La zona, tranquilla, è perfetta per spostarsi: la metro A fermata Cipro (da cui si raggiungono quasi tutti i punti di interesse) è appena attraversata la strada e proprio sotto casa c'è la fermata di vari bus che portano ovunque. I musei vaticani si raggiungono a piedi in 5 minuti (cronometrati!). Inoltre, ci sono a pochi passi supermercati, ristoranti/pizzerie (uno proprio sotto casa), negozi di ogni genere...
Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la comodità di avere una propria casa è impagabile..
Il "buono" del mio giudizio non è "eccellente" solo per un motivo: consiglio di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia di cucina e bagno. Per il resto, non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio!

comfortable place, nicely furnitured,
very close to Vatican and Metro, walking distance to Petersdom and Engelsburg, our children (9,9,11) walked from Forum Romanum back to this place.
Was generally clean (windows and shower cabin could have been paid more attention).
On our next visit we will come back to this appartement.

Well located across from metro, attractive apartment. Clean and sunny. Nice view of Vatican steps. Heat and hot water worked well. Well provisioned kitchen. Fold out beds in living room were uncomfortable and there were not enough sheets for all of the beds. Otherwise, a comfortable apartment for visiting Rome.

Problemlose, reibungslose Buchung, Infos und Abwicklung im Vorfeld. Wunderschöne, helle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Prima Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung Roms. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Very well equipped and in a wonderfully quiet area. The view from the kitchen window of the Vatican steps was a welcome sight each morning, and we wakled everywhere from the apartment. It might have been easier to take the METRO, but the walks into the city each day were so full of sights that it was well worth the wear on our feet. We highly reccomend this flat for 2-4 people, mayme even 6. The next time we visit Rome, this will be our apartment of choice. Thanks again, RomanReference for the great and swift service!

The washing machine door wouldn't open. The key holder took 5 times to open it but we couldn't get it to open. Spring is broken.
Other than the washing Machine, we LOVE this apartment.

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen! SIe ist wrklich sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet absolut genügend Platz für 4 Personen (wir waren zu zweit). Auch die Ausstattung ist super, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die Lage ist top: sehr nah an der nächsten Metro-Station, direkt am Vatikan (zum Petersplatz benötigt man zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten), die Altstadt ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar, ein Supermarkt ist nicht allzu weit entfernt und die wahrscheinlich beste Eisdiele direkt im Haus!
Nicht zuletzt gilt unser Dank Paola und Enzo für die Unterstützung!

great location near the vatican museum entrance. 1 block from metro stop. Excellent gelatto store on first level of building. Incredible food in courtyard at La Mala Feminina, just twenty steps from building entrance. Apartment was bright and comfortable, and could easily have slept 4-6 adults. Balcony off master looked at steps leading up to vatican with blooming flowers and trees.

unser Urlaub ist ja nun schon ein paar Tage her. Ich wollte mich noch mal bei Ihnen bedanken dass alles so reibungslos funktioniert hat. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns auch in der Wohnung und dem Wohngebiet sehr wohl gefühlt.
