This apartment is very centrally located and the eating places nearby are good prices friendly staff and great food has all amenities as detailed on the Internet only draw back is on the 2nd floor bit hard with cases but lets face it you only have to do this twice all tourist places are within walking distance would stay again most definitely

Après avoir réservé cette location, je voudrais vous signaler que le propriétaire, bien que très gentil et acceuillant, nous a finalement installé dans un appartement se situant dans la même rue mais d'un niveau de confort bien en dessous (fenêtre salon cassée, pas d'eau chaude lavabo SDB, une seul salle d'eau au lieu de deux, rideau de douche couvert de moisissures) prétextant un dégat des eaux dans l'appartement initial. Dans le doute que le propriétaire ne soit pas de bonne foie, je ne pense pas retourner en Italie via votre site. Je tiens à préciser qu'aucune remise ne nous a été faite sur le prix de la location.

Very spacious, welcoming and quiet appartment with a convenient supermarket across the street. Good central heating. Kitchen is fully equiped but needs updating especially in terms of glasses, mugs and dining room chairs. Good shower but drainage can be improved.

El departamento es amplio, muy comodo. Nosotros eramos 7 personas y la verdad que entramos perfecto.
Tiene todos los elementos necesarios para convivir en el departamento.
Lo mejor es su ubicacion, ya que se encuentra a 20 metros del Coliseo y ademas tiene un Carrefour Exppress en frente lo cual facilita todas las comidad y compras.
Muy comodo, muy bien ubicado y muy amables los dueños.

We found this apartment great for our family group as it was very spacious. Lovely big kitchen and two bathrooms, space to dry laundry. THE beds were comfortable too. The Owners were great to deal with. Great Location, supermarket and metro close by.

Wonderful apartment, meeting was on time and friendly. Explained everything well so we knew what to do.  Everything is there, worked really well with children.  Plenty of space!  Supermarket across the road, couldn't be closer to the Colloseum, good restuarants in the area.  If staying in Rome, I could not suggest a better place!  Loved it.

Great location!  Quick walk to subway, bus stops, etc.  Colloseum view from window.  Grocery store right across the street.  Bed hard and shower drained slowly, but found this in every Italian accomodation.  Would stay here again.

Our family of 6 stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in July. The location near the Colosseum is slightly off the beaten track from the main tourist sights but we really like the feel of the neighborhood, especially when we ventured a little bit away from the touristy Colosseum neighborhood. That said we could walk either to the metro (5 minutes) or really to central Rome (20+ minutes) so the location was perfectly convenient. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise; really nicely decorated with books and art and pretty nice furniture, a well stocked ktichen, well functioning a/c, 2 nice bathrooms (1 recently renovated), a washer and a small terrace to hang clothes. To be honest for the price I expected it to be more modest, so we were pleasantly surprised. Also there is a supermarket across the street, very convenient. The "key holder" was friendly, prompt and courteous and explained everything about the apartment. Next time I am in Rome I will try to rent this very apartment!
