We enjoyed the Rome apartment very much, and the location was ideal. Augusto was also wonderful.

Fantastic terrace, modern furniture, fully functional kitchen, air conditioned in two rooms and 4 well equipped bathrooms. In hot weather the two non-air conditioned bedrtooms can be hot (overhead fans helped). Great location, 3 blocks to Piazza diPopolo - lots of shopping nearby. Great to have an on-site representative.

Not very clean, beds very uncomfortable, severe lack of hot water and washing machine left clothes sopping wet. Location was nice and very close to a great market.

The apartment was perfectly located for exploring Rome and running in the Borghese Park. Very quiet street within walking distance of many restaurants and small grocery shops. The kitchen had all necessary cooking equipment and the layout of the apt was good. The master bedroom has 2 twin beds pushed together which can not be joined as a single bed. The mattress frame (ikea) broke repeatedly during our stay. The living room furniture is very old and uncomfortable - the sofa in particular has no springs left. The apartment otherwise was lovely.

We have been much good, the apartment is silent, tidy and cleaned up. The staff who has received us has been a much kind and available. A suggestion: it would be nice to leave some soap to the guests.
