The apartment was good and near to the metro which opens up speedy travel to all areas.   At the point of arrival information on the local market and opening times would have been helpful.  Also a map which included bus numbers and direction would also have been helpful. The trees outside played host to numerous mosquitoes so reprellant is important.

Ich war gemeinsam mit meiner 6-jährigen Tochter in der Ferienwohnung.
Die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die wichtigsten Sehenwürdigkeiten, ein Supermarkt und die Verkehrsmittel sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es wäre nur sehr hilfreich gewesen, wenn wir die Information gehabt hätten, dass der Eingang zu der Wohnung unter der Hausnummer 147 zu erreichen ist. Das hat anfangs ordentlich für Verwirrung gesorgt.
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Rom verbacht und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Really good value for money! Had a great time and got good service from the office and the woman who came with the keys. Good spot for getting on buses, metro and sightseeing by foot, cheap supermarkets and shops nearby. Beautiful icecream place near by...

Enzo meet us and was helpfull, there was pasta and some sauce for our first super as we arrived quite late. Raphaela from the office in Rome was realy nice and helpfull with code for the wifi.In all the flat was clean and very close to the subway, closer that we thought.I would say the walls are paper thin and we can hear the neighbours and the people from the bar down stairs when they do karaoke as though they were in the apartment with us but luckily that finished at 11pm, so not late.All in all we had a great time.

Excelente ubicación, a metros de la estación de la Metropolitana A, de trenes y con buses que pasan frente al apartamento. Cómodo para una o dos personas. Todo el equipamiento en buen funcionamiento.

This apartment is located in an excellent location. Down the street from the metro, bus stops, and the train. Stores, restaurants all within walking distance. The Vatican is a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, well heated, (I was there in the winter), had a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave with a grill, internet, both wireless and ethernet, a telephone, and comfortable beds. Our stay here was memorable, comfortable and convenient. The only downside was that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything the neighbors are saying and doing. One of the residents child would bounce a ball all hours of the evening into the night, ending somewhere around 11:00 PM. Not very considerate. But all in all, I would definetly reccomend this apartment as a good place to stay while visiting Rome.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, well-supplied, secure and decently located -- near a Metro stop -- and our dealings with your agency and the key-holder were friendly and efficient. We couldn't be happier. Reference in some earlier reviews to wifi might be misleading -- apartment now has only a DSL connection, per the current specifications. It worked fine with my laptop, but wasn't much use for my iPhone (and a longer Ethernet cable might allow users a bit more freedom). Weeklong transit pass for 16 Euros might just be best deal in Rome -- I think we'd paid for ours in first four days -- and it's worth investing a few more Euros in a transit map, since the Metro doesn't go everywhere and the buses are a great option, if you know where you're going.

This was a great location --i block to the left to get to the metro and approximately 1 mile walk to the rear of the Vatican where the Museum entrance is and many resturants + the BEST gelato in Rome is across from the Vatican Museum entrance it was call Old Port or Bridge. The Apartment had everything we needed but the couch in the living area was a fold up futon that our contact person nor we could make flod correctly. therefore after lonng days of sightseeing we were limited to one comfortable chair. Make sure they fold this up correctly for you you will need it. It had a washer which is one reason we wanted this one but there were no directions if you plan to use it -we did as we were going to Frienze for a week after Rome-make sure you ask how to use it. The hair dryer wasn't so much a hair dryer as a hanging tube with hot air coming out the 1 X 4 opening at the end, no speed or heat dccontrol actually no control at all so don't expect to any styling with this it was quite awkward and I am a Hairstylist who can manage just about any hair appliance. Fall is the best tiime in Italy we had a great stay do take the tour of the Vatican museums and when you arrive get you tickets for the Capitoline museum so you do not wait in line. It was easy and everyone was so helpful to two non Italian speaking Italians. Ciao

Guests from Poland Localization: attractive (15 minutes' walk to the Vatican City, 5 minutes' walk to the nearest tube (metro) station). The apartment: general impression -- neat and nice; kitchen and bathroom fittings -- modern and functional; all domestic appliances (air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.) -- in full working order. The office staff of the Roman Reference: competent, qualified and willing to help. Final evaluation: very good.

Very nice apartment. It is very close to a major metro station and within walking distance of the Vatican. It clearly has been refurbished recently, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and wireless internet service (a must if you are in Rome for work, as I was). Will fit three people comfortably. Check in went well and Enzo was very comprehensive in his introduction to the apartment. Everything worked as advertised, and there were no surprises. The staff at Roman Reference.did an outstanding job. I would definitely take this apartment again.

Diese Wohnung ist optimal: gute, zentrale Lage, angenehmes, sicheres Umfeld, sauber, gut eingerichtet, großer Balkon, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ... einfach prima! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und werden unseren nächsten Rom-Urlaub bestimmt wieder hier verbringen. Übergabe und Einweisung in die Wohnung, vollkommen problemlos. Nur einpaar mehr Handtücher wären schön gewesen :)

Ns avons ete tres content de notre sejour J ai esssaye de remplir votre questionnaire mais je ne sais pas ou valider dc voici ma note et mon commentaire :je mets 4etoiles Appart tres propre et spacieux il est situe pres du metro et du bus dc l’acces est simple pour aller en centre ville Pour ce qui viennent en voiture c’est tres facile d’acces et il y a un grand parking gratuit en face Je conseille cet appartement Cordialement.

Very Good! Internet wireless, very clean, secure area near the metro.The apartment is in good shape and everything worked fine. They waited for our arrival and explained everything correctly. We enjoyed our time there. I will recommend 100% this site for your Roman vacations.
