Quiet and bright apartment in the heart of historical Paris, near The Louvre, of Palais Royal, the Seine and the lively area of Montorgueil. Near shops restaurants and transports.

30m2 apartment set on the 4th floor without elevator is composed of :

LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed, coffee table, bookshelves, fire place, desk and chair, Cable TV, DVD player, safe, table and chairs, window;
KITCHEN
Fully equiped with electric stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine /dryer, table and chairs;
BEDROOM
With King size bed, bedside table, armchair, desk, wardrobe, window;
BATHROOM
With Shower, sink, wc, hair dryer.
BALCONY
With table and chairs.

Please note, if you book it for 4 do consider that the sofa bed is kind of small for two. If it's two kids it will work, it may get to be too tight for two adults

The apartment is located into a 17h century building in Rue Herold. A road dating back to pre-Haussmanian architecture in the First Arrondissement and near the beautiful Place des Victoires. Rue Herold is also located a few minutes walk from the museum Louvre, Notre Dame, the Centre de Pompidou on Marais (better known as Beaubourg), the Champes Elisée, Galeries Lafayette, the Forum des Halles, Place Vendôme, the Opera House and shopping on Rue Faubourg St. Honoré, just to name a few.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor with no lift and includes:

- small balcony with storage room for luggage and accessories

- bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and beauty/makeup cabinet

- living room with fireplace, sofa bed, desk, dining table with chairs, library shelves, plasma TV with over 600 international cable channels and free wireless internet.

All the rooms have windows that open, including the bathroom

My 14yo son and I, loved the apartment. It was bigger than we thought. We were very pleased and will recommend it. Check in and check out were perfect. Very on time. Our hostess was very nice. Wonderful location and very safe. Thanks again.

I rated it alredy, but forgot to tell you that might be a good idea to have DVDS as "Midnight in Paris", "Amelie", Sofia Coppola's"Marie Antoinette", the 2011 "Three Musketeers"...I had those movies with me, and it is very cool to watch them and walk in Paris/Versailles next day. Just an idea!!!! Thanks again.

Very happy with this cute little apartment. Comfortable and well-styled, in a great location with everything in working order. There was quite a lot of construction going on in the building during my stay, but it wasn't much problem as I was out all day every day.
I would suggest the apartment is best for up to 2 people, 4 would be a real squeeze.
The stairs are very small and tightly winding, it could be challenging if you have a large suitcase.
Checking in and out was very convenient, and everything was explained in great detail, thanks to M for making it so easy.

A most charming, conveniently located little flat, two seconds from the metro and minutes from the Louvre and the lively Halles neighbourhood. Clean, safe, and very quiet as the other reviewer mentioned. The host was very responsive and available to our email questions and in getting us checked in and out. The four flights of stairs were a bit intimidating at first with luggage but were no problem on a daily basis. We would definitely stay here again.

The Apartement is very nice an cosy. The location is really great - we even did not have to use the metro every day - Louvre was about 10 min walk from us! The apartement is good equiped and clean. The kitchen was very useful! The Host was helpful if we had any questions and easy to deal with. All windos look in to the small yard - so it is really silent at night - even if the window is opened. A nice place for a couple!
