Apartment Owner's Notes and Description
In the new area of Copenhagen - Teglværk harbor and Sluseholmen - you find this furnished luxury apartment for rent. Very suitable for up to 6 persons wishing to visit Copenhagen. Walking and cycling distance to the City, which can also be reached via nearby S-train (two stops to the Copenhagen main station).
The apartment, located at the top of the property, is featuring two bedrooms. Each with two beds. Delicious shower room. In addition, an open kitchen-family room and living room into one room, also with two possible sleeps on a sofabed. From here, exit to the south-facing balcony, overlooking Teglværk harbor and the canal below.
Surroundings
Next to Thad Jones Vej a piece of old Copenhagen environment remains untouched by the rush of business and urbanization. Life in the fishing port forms a stark contrast to the teeming crowds and noise of the big city. Here life goes on leisurely with a cool beer on a bench or a nice chat over the barbecue on the boat.
The apartment is situated in Sluseholmen, which is also called the Little Amsterdam. It is a new developed area in a former industrial area of Southern Copenhagen.
Sluseholmen is only consisting of apartments for living, but the surrounding areas are hotels, a large Metro supermarket and offices. 1. Agreement
The confirmation email is required between tenant and landlord. Only the agreed number of people who can stay in the apartment. Children under 3 years stay free of charge and are therefore not required to account for when booking.
2. Beds
Only people on the reservation pEvent use the holiday home.
3. Replacement
The tenant is responsible for everything related to the holiday home and also has an obligation to replace any damage that may occur during the stay. It is of great importance to us as quickly as the lessor in case of damage during the stay.
4. Disclaimer
The tenant has full responsibility for the persons mentioned in the confirmation. The lessor can not be held responsible for any damage, loss, accident, theft, force majeure etc., that occur during the stay and after the stay.
5. Payment details
The balance due must be made on arrival. (Please note that we accept credit cards against a handling fee of around 4%), the lessor may cancel the stay without notice and compensation if the tenant can not pay cash on arrival .
6. Amendment or cancellation
You may cancel your reservation by mail under the following conditions:
- At least 3 days after receiving your confirmation email your account balance is canceled.
- More than 45 days before arrival: the balance is canceled.
- Between 31-45 days before arrival: 50% of the balance must be paid by bank transfer to the lessor.
- Less than 31 days before arrival: 100% of the balance must be paid by bank transfer to the lessor.
- During the stay can not be refunded.
If you want to change something after receiving confirmation please contact the landlord by mail. It is impossible to change the number of nights or number of people, unless you want to add more nights or persons. This must be arranged directly with the lessor.
7. Arrival and departure
It agreed to 1 weeks before arrival.
8. Consumption
Heating, water and electricity is included. In case of unusually high consumption of the deposit will be considered payment.
9. Complaints
The tenant must contact the landlord if errors or defects occur during the stay to fix it immediately. Please note that any damage to pipes, technical or sanitary facilities or other damage may be impossible to determine during the stay.
10. Rules
The tenant understands that the home is private and you must maintain order in respect of its neighbors. In case of complaints related to the lessor may terminate the holiday without further notice. In this case kindly note that only the deposit will be refunded.
11. Other
Pets & funer is not allowed.
12. Force Majeure
The lessee is not relieved of its obligation to pay because of personal circumstances or force majeure such as war, strikes or natural disasters, etc.
