Here is a nice 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin with a covered porch to sip your favorite beverage. Walk into a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a separate built-in DVD / VCR w / monitor. A kitchen / dining area with an open cubby laundry adjacent sleeps up to four people. The 1st floor also has one bedroom with a double bed and 1 bath-full. The 2nd floor has a bedroom with double bed and one-another full bathroom. The property vacation will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. (Transposed Maximum Occupancy!). Note: This is not a home.Upon pet get a reservation, Guest acknowledges that a booking deposit of 50% of the total cost, including tax, is required to reserve a home for the holidays, and for regular bookings The balance is due in full 14 days before the date of arrival, our host, and automatically charged to our credit card / debit guests to two to date, and that holiday bookings as of December 15 until 4 January, the balance is due in full and automatically charged to the credit card / debit our Guest on 1 December. For legal and accounting, the person placing the reservation must be one in the same holder of the credit card / debit card, and that this person is considered to be the Guest. All other people involved with the opportunity to lease are considered invited customer, and all reservations, the cancellation, and policies regarding damages discussion will be discussed with the Guest, not invitees.Reservations the guests are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights during regular periods and a minimum stay of 3 nights during holiday periods and special events. The person making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at check-in. Glacier Springs Cabin #12 - Newly Restyled With a Covered Porch...Sweet!

Under pride of new ownership, this newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features a covered front porch for sipping your favorite beverage, as well as a brand new rear deck...complete with a brand new BBQ.  Inside, the first floor living area features new furnishings, a new heat and air conditioning(!) system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray/monitor.  The combination kitchen and dining area features newer appliances, (including a dishwasher) a breakfast bar and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer.  Also featured is one bedroom with a full-sized bed, and one full bath.  Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a work station, one bedroom with a brand new king sized bed, and another full bath.  Everything is fresh with new paint throughout!  This monitored and WIFI equipped family vacation cabin is perfect for singles, couples, and small families alike, and will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

In addition to weekly rates, Mt. Baker Lodging offers nightly seasonal pricing, with a 2-night minimum stay for Regular season and a 3-night minimum stay for Holidays, Christmas, New Years.  There is a one -time exist cleaning fee of $136.  Posted rates include local taxes and fees.

Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use.  Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
