With Alexanderplatz a mere ten minutes away, this large studio is perfect for travelers looking for fun and adventure in the German capital. The flat overlooks a quiet courtyard, and is surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants.
This apartment is located above a bar which on the weekends may cause a minor noise disturbance. There is soundproofing between the bar and the apartment so this has not been a major problem in the past. In the case that you are a light sleeper this apartment may not be ideal for you, but otherwise we can offer this apartment for a discounted rate on the weekends!
