Le logement proposé par Guglielmo est extrêmement bien situé, nous avons pu visiter Rome à pieds. La petite terrasse est un + non négligeable pour profiter du soleil d’Italie ☀️. Guglielmo nous a accueillie en personne et nous a arrangé dans les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande vivement pour une découverte ou re-decouverte de Rome ! Merci ☺️

Tollers grosses Apartment in perfekter Lage. Genug Platz für 5 Personen, gemütlich, hell und warm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell geantwortet und hat all unsere Bitten erfüllt und Fragen beantwortet Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, es war perfekt. Einzig im Bad kommt hinter dem Spiegel Putz von der Wand, der jeden Tag neu auf dem Waschbecken landet. Falls die Wohnung immer vermietet wird, würde ich vielleicht weichere Kopfkissen als Alternative vorsehen. Viele Grüße, Felicitas

Denne leiligheten var perfekt for oss. En rolig del av Trastevere, i tillegg til at leiligheten ligger behagelig skjermet og skaper en eksklusiv og privat atmosfære. Vi sov godt og hadde hyggelige og gode frokoster på terrassen, gode matbutikker og restauranter rett ved, og buss brakte oss raskt mot Roma Termini, men det er jo bare 10 min å gå f eks til Piazza Campo de Fiori eller Fora Romanum, så alt ligger nært. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.

We had an awesome time at Elsa's place. The location at Campo de Fiori could not have been more perfect: centrally located between all the major attractions, charming neighborhoods, and fantastic restaurants. Unless you hate stairs, I’d highly recommend Elsa's place to anyone who wishes to experience true Roman culture.

My wife and I had a great time at your place. If we ever return to Rome, I will definitely look you up!

Przyjechaliśmy w 8 osób na święta Bożego Narodzenia. Pomimo zimowej pory roku cały ogród jak i lokalna przyroda prezentowały się znakomicie. Miejsca w domkach, a także w ogrodzie zdecydowanie nie brakowało - dużo sypialni, przestronne salony i urokliwy taras zdecydowanie zasługują na uznanie. W najbliższym sąsiedztwie znajduje się niewiele innych domów i znajdują się w sporej odległości, co zapewniło nam sporo prywatności. Na ładniejszą plażę raczej krótką przejażdżką samochodem. Najbliższa położona na terenie rezerwatu osiągalna dłuższym spacerem zimą - tak jak w wielu innych miejscach o tej porze roku - była w części pokryta wodorostami. Natomiast co najwspanialsze sam klimat domów i działki zachęcał do delektowania się pobytem na miejscu. Tym niemniej trzeba zdawać sobie sprawę, że zdecydowanie należy mieć do dyspozycji własny środek transportu. Bez dwóch zdań jest to miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością wrócimy w przyszłości.

Das Haus, der Garten und die Umgebung sind ein Traum. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren im März für 5 Tage in der wunderschönen Villa. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über viele Küchengeräte، einen Induktionsherd, einen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine. Es gibt unterschiedliche Kaffeesysteme (Espresso, Filterkaffeemaschine und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine von DeLonghi) und einen großen Kühlschrank. Wir haben viel gekocht und die tolle Ausstattung genutzt. Der Kamin ist ein Traum. Es gibt auf der Terrasse viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische. Der Pool ist im März noch kalt aber den Rest des Jahres wirklich toll. Die Betreuung durch den Besitzer ist super und er war sehr hilfreiche. Wir können das Haus 100% empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen im großen Haus und hatten viel Platz. Die Autos stehen sicher auf dem umzäunten Grundstück und wir haben uns immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Sollten sie eine Reise nach Sizilien planen, dann ist dieses Haus ein Muss!

Great location. It was perfect for proximity to everything, including the train station. Great restaurants and caffes nearby and close to grocery stores (we like Elite Supermercato for the bakery but 2 smaller ones very close by). I don't think there's such a thing as not touristy in this area of Monti, but this was probably as close as possible. Space was as described and Guglielmo was super helpful when we checked in (let him or his designate introduce you to the place) and he was very responsive throughout.

Thanks for everything. Just a couple things in case it is helpful to you for future stays. There was a smell in the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. My best guess is that it came from the bathtub, so maybe the pipes need to be 'snaked' by a plumber? Also, the cleaners didn't seem to be remotely thorough. So, if you are paying them for that, you may want to mention it to them (dishes not clean, the pots and pans were used and put away without cleaning; dirty sock between hamper and washing machine; under bed/couch/dresser/washing machine very dirty). I also noticed a fork and tissue behind one of the bedside tables before I left. We had to leave to catch our train so I didn't clean it myself so they are still there:( Not a big problem, but for your awareness, the U bend in the bathroom leaks slightly. We just put a pot underneath. Thank you again so much. I appreciate your proactiveness throughout our stay. we loved our time in Rome!

Queremos agradecer enormemente a Antonio y Mari por la estancia tan agradable que hemos tenido y que sin duda trataremos de repetir. La propiedad es excelente y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Se encuentra a buena distancia de la playa, de restaurantes y bares y hay una tienda de alimentación a la vuelta de la esquina. Al mismo tiempo está en zona residencial, tranquila y segura. Camas y almohadas comodísimas, cocina bien equipada, buen wifi y aire acondicionado. La terraza es amplia y agradable. Tiene la ventaja de contar con una plaza de aparcamiento. Antonio y Mari hicieron todo lo posible para que estuviéramos a gusto y para facilitarnos las cosas. Recomendamos reservar en Caracola 4 al 100%!

It is a comfortable apartment with two floors communicated with a wooden spiral staircase. Each floor is about 20m2 approximately. Two beds in the upper floor and one sofa-bed in the bottom floor. The apartment is old but it has been refurbished. The bottom floor is an open space including a gas old style kitchen that worked perfectly. One day we used the gas oven and it was right. Accessories for cooking were available, even some ingredients. There is a nice terrace with no views and vegetation where it is the washing machine. The wifi and all the services work perfectly. We stayed in the week of new years eve and the temperature inside the apartment was perfectly warm. If you want to stay in Trastevere, the location is simply perfect, with lots of restaurants at a walking distance. Some restaurants are less than 150 meters away. We were received by Iryna and she was absolutely charming. Some soft suggestions trying to be constructive and to keep on improving: The sofa-bed mattress,

Non sono la persona abituata a fare recensioni ma questa volta devo proprio affinché altre persone non si trovino nelle stesse condizioni in cui mi ci sono ritrovata con la mia famiglia. Appartamento veramente pietoso,sporco anzi sporchissimo , polvere depositata dietro i letti, pavimento fatto di tavole di legno e tra le fessure vi lascio immaginare cosa c'era..di tuttoooooo!!!. Piano cottura incrostato di sporcizia, forno microonde non funzionante, televisore altrettanto. Curiosa di vedere cosa ci fosse nel mobiletto sottostante la TV chiuso con due strisce di nastro adesivo...apro e cosa trovo? Una coperta ricoperta di polvere ma veramente tanta tanta...che schifoooo Signori miei!!! I pochi mobili presenti in cucina pieni del cibo lasciato dalle persone che ci sono passate prima di me!!! La sporcizia regnava sovranaaaa....e non parliamo del bagno,potrei continuare sino all'infinitooooooo...bruttissima esperienza da non ripetere mai più.

Vi devo le mie scuse. C'è stato un malinteso con l'agenzia di pulizie, gli ospiti prima di voi erano usciti due settimane prima, nel frattempo abbiamo fatto un po' di riarredo in casa, ma non abbiamo rimesso in piano le pulizie per prima del vostro arrivo. Il fatto è che non pensavamo casa si impolverasse tanto nel frattempo. Comunque letto e cucina non erano stati utilizzati, solo del riarredo, quadri, mobili etc

Pascale is a great host! He was at the apartment to welcome us when we reached there. He gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and also provided us with detailed information about the best restaurants nearby. The apartment was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Logement agréable et très bien placé. Hote réactif et arrangeant, très agréable même si nous ne nous sommes pas vus. L emplacement était assez pratique pour visiter les gros spots en 30 min à pied max. Appartement ancien "dans son jus", pas standing mais plein de charme. Terrasse très sommaire (après nous y sommes allés en novembre...) Très confortable. Un peu bruyant du à des travaux dans l'immeuble a ce moment là. En conclusion, allez y!
