Charming house in the midst of nature with a stunning view over the sea.

The closest village is Porto Ercole at 6Km, but the easiest to reach is Porto Santo Stefano 8Km.
The house is fresh and quiet, is structured on one level and is divided into two separate apartments.

The apartment we are proposing measures about 140 square meters and can accommodate 8 people.

There are 3 bedrooms: the largest has two beds, which can be joined to make a double bed, a little cloackroom and a private bathroom; the second has a bunk bed, a single bed with a bed underneath; the smallest has two beds, but the second can hide under the first and become a single room.

Then there is a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a second bathroom.

The house is equipped with wi-fi, digital TV, barbecue, washing machine and dishwasher, fans (air conditioning is not needed).


Outside there are two paved terraces with pergola for outdoor dining, both with sea view: one in front of the kitchen, the other in front of the living room, including an outdoor shower.

The garden is very large (measuring about 5,000 square meters) and is composed by the Mediterranean brush, many secular olive trees and some fruit trees. On one side facing the sea (you can see the islands of Giglio and Giannutri), on the other the silver mount (Monte Argentario). It is fenced and divided in a natural way, in order to maintain as much as possible the privacy for the inhabitants of the two apartments.

Access to the sea is relatively simple, close and varied, compared to the rest of Argentario sea access.
You have plenty of choices: 'Le scorpacciate' an area with two different rocky beach; 'Mar Morto' (‘Dead Sea’) a kind of a natural swimming pool; 'Le Cannelle' a bay with umbrellas and bar/restaurant. You will be given a key that will give you access by car to the areas of Cannelle and Scorpacciate, reserved exclusively for villas in the area.

The prices do not include the winter heating costs.
