35m2 apartment set on the 1st floor without elevator is composed of :
LIVING ROOM
With sofa bed ( full bed), single foam cube bed, armchair, bedside tables, chest of drawers, table and chairs, Fire place, TV, cupboards, walk in closet, window;
KITCHEN CORNER
With electric stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, utensils;
BEDROOM
With sofa bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers;
BATHROOM
With shower, sink, wc;
Independent heating, TV, microwave, fire place, no elevator, internet.
PLEASE NOTE : A security deposit equivalent to half of the rental fee will be asked in cash or bank transfer

The apartment is located on the Quai St Michel, in the heart of Paris (2 min away from the cathedral Notre Dame de Paris
The apartment is located in the latin quarter, with all the restaurants, bars, and shops. Known for its student life, lively atmosphere and bistros, the Latin Quarter is the home to a number of higher education establishments besides the university itself, such as the École Normale Supérieure, the École des Mines de Paris (a ParisTech institute), the Schola Cantorum, and the Jussieu university campus. Other establishments such as the École Polytechnique (also a ParisTech engineering school) have relocated in recent times to more spacious settings.
The metro is 2 min away : line 4 and 10.
You also have access to the RER B (direct to the airport Charles de Gaulle, and same line for the Orly airport) and RER C (to the Château de Versailles)

The apartment was overall very nice - however, not appropriate for 5 people. It would be perfectly fine for 3 and 4 if they're couples. No pillows for more than 3 people - sheets for twin size pullout not available.
The landlord had a problem the morning we arrived and did not meet us as planned and although he was apologetic and problems do arise, he should have made add'l arrangements to meet us - and more important, have the apartment ready for our occupancy after the prior guests left. I had assumed that was the reason for providing him w/ our arrival details.
Wi-fi was not accessible - and in this day and age I would think a necessity. TV was inoperable. Signals for cell phone use - we had to stand by the open window by the kitchen.
Furniture a bit shabby - and yes we did not spend much time - it did matter, especially w/ 5 people jockeying for position.
The location is what prompted my husband and I to reserve this apartment for our niece and family -having been to Paris a number of times - and nothing more spectacular than stepping out the door and turning for a perfect view of Notre Dame - all else was average.
We would in the future consider renting apartments, including this one for 2 people.
