Beautiful apartment in semi-detached house 70 meters from a beautiful beach .
The apartment consists of a double bedroom , a twin bedroom , kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a veranda of 15 square meters ideal for enjoying outdoor meals refreshed by the sea breeze .
It is a great place to enjoy the holiday of relaxation and tranquility , yet within easy reach has all the facilities needed for the familiar comforts such as bars, newsagents , tobacconists, supermarkets, pharmacies, tourist guides, etc. .
In 25 km you will find the most famous beaches of the east coast of Sardinia which Bidderosa Berchida Cape cumin , Saint Lucia , Posada to the north ; Orosei , Cala Gonone to the south.
The apartment is ( email hidden) from the port / airport of Olbia ( email hidden) from the marina of La Caletta .
The nightlife of San Teodoro and the Emerald Coast are just a little more than half an hour drive from the apartment.
Not only for lovers of the sea, but also a true union with the mountain with the possibility within a few miles of sports such as mountain biking , horseback riding , rock climbing, kite surfing, sailing over the classic tennis , soccer, basketball , beach volleyball and others.
Possibility of coastal trips by ferry or boat to sail a few miles .
