One enters the top floor penthouse via wide glass doors opening onto a spacious open plan living area with panoramic sea views over Camps Bay. A 4 seater round glass dining table and white leather couch sits on balau wooden floors in front of huge patio doors through which an large elevated swimming pool and outdoor wooden deck verandah beckon. The L - shaped green and white wicker couches allow one to relax whilst enjoying the views of the Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach extending to Bakoven.
There is a bedroom with adjoining en suite bathroom with shower and bath. A frosted sliding door neatly enclosed behind the TV focal wall can separate the main bedroom from the living area if needed. There is an attractive elevated lush garden surrounding the outdoor area which creates privacy. The lounge boasts a flat screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player.
