CENTRALLY LOCATED VÖRÖSMARTY APARTMENT & COURYARD!
My apartment is located next to the popular WESTEND City center, in the heart of the city.
It is a spacious apartment 59sqm! and 19square meters loft upstairs, provides place for 1-5 guests with 1 double and 3 single beds.
Ideal for tourists,families,friends.
The apartment located on the first floor modern elevator is in the building.
In the first room there is a single bed upstairs on the loft!
In the second room there are 2 single beds, and 1 double bed.
The house has many architectual features like high ceilings, large windows, there are 5 big windows in the apartment all of them facing to the exclusive courtyard with garden and fountain!
Due to the wide walls the apartment has a natural air-condition,even on the warmest days it is cool and pleasureable.
The large size of the rooms and the high ceilings (4,5 meters) there are upper level in both rooms.Quiet house; you can rest and sleep well.
The apartment is in the most beautiful house in the district, situated only 10 min. from the Opera! There is a grocery in the corner, restaurants, bars, pubs within 300 meters on walking.
The Liszt Ferenc tér with the newly renovated Music academy is in the neigbourhood!
The nearest Széchényi spa 4 minutes by the Historical M1 underground. It is a popular tourists place with thermal water inside-outside pools.
The Gellért spa is close to the area as well!
All the attractions can be visited like: The Grand Synagoge is the biggest one in Europe.
The St Stephen Basilic is about 10 min. by walk.
